Rooms are very spacious, very clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Hotel is not the easiest to find but we'll worth it once you arrive. Lots of decked area & outside space for eating and to have drinks. Would recommend...
Very clean and tidy room had an unexpected upgrade on our arrival. Front desk, cleaners , restruant staff all very happy to help, special thank you to Lizzie on front desk for sorting out trips and places to visit. Evening dinners were of a high standard and good size portions. Breakfast was a buff
Enjoyed a long weekend at this hotel. The food was great we ate twice in the evening ,the staff were all superb, it's a reasonable walk down into St helier for shopping or dining. We hired a car ,also recommended, car park is small, but so was the rental. Would return no hesitation
Stayed here for a week mid October. Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. We were upgraded to a superior room upon arrival. Huge king-size bed, very comfortable. Rooms clean and serviced every day. Great breakfast, as much as you can eat. Evening menu stayed the same, we ate once and it was very tas
We stayed for 2 nights from 7th - 9th Feb, arrived at 8.30 pm after a later flight. We were in Jersey to visit a poorly relative at the hospice. The kitchens were kept open for us so we could have a meal when we arrived which was lovely. Our 2 rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast and eve
Staff friendly, decor very nice. 3 bedroom room spacious and clean overlooking carpark. Could do with air-conditioning as room was very warm even with windows open all night and day. Food was excellent. Pool clean and towels available before you went out. Big enough for amount of people beside it.
First time at the Hampshire and will definitely be back. Were given a room upgrade on arrival by Lizzie on reception which was quite welcome. Restaurant menu pretty good too. Car parking at the back also. Overall, good value, quiet, easy walk to town and welcoming. Big thanks to Phil at breakfast ti

Rooms are a good size, nicely decorated and immaculate. The food was fantastic! But the best part about this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and very helpful!
Good hotel with nice pool and terrace. Tastefully decorated dining areas and we loved the food. Very friedly staff. 15 mins walk from centre of St Helier. Would stay again
The beds are dangerously comfortable, could easily miss restaurant bookings for resting in bed. Breakfast is fantastic!! Staff are lovely and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here. Short walk into town for shops, restaurants and buses.
Something happened last minute so I had to go a hotel, choose the Hampshire hotel because it was the closest one. The lady at the reception (ana if I’m not mistaken) was really helpful and they had a room available. It was cheap as well and I also had breakfast in the morning wich was really good. T
