Food is amazing here and staff are really attentive. The only downside to me with the service is that when they are busy you can be waiting at the door for a little while until a waiter is free to take you to your booked table. Seems like they are under staffed on the front of house side of the restaurant. Besides that little gripe, I can't fault the place. Me and my partner are always in here.
Had a meal with the family the other night. Absolutely stunning starters, mains and desserts. Service on the night was exceptional. The young man who served us, Harry I believe his name was, was extremely helpful selecting a nice wine for us. Overall amazing experience and will most certainly be coming back to eat again.
Katie and the team made it so simple to host an event for 45+ people last night in the upstairs room. The room, food and service were all perfect for what we needed, and the night ran so smoothly. We had a great server with us all night to make everyone's drinks and attend to any requests. Thank you!
Had a dinner with two friends for a birthday and staff were attentive even for a busy Friday night. I recommend booking especially weekends evening as they're often full. Food arrived hot and on time and was as good as usual.
Incredible experience on a last minute booking. Nothing was too much trouble for this team. Having booked a table of 15 last minute everything was catered for. Highly recommended.

we went here when we where on holidays with my family , we didn't knew about this restaurant as we do not have it in our country, staff was really nice. Even if we didn't speak proper English they'll make sure that we felt comfortable during our visit. Service was fast and food was good. I tried pollo pesto and it was really yummy 😊😊

Food was fantastic and did me a carbonara pizza without the meat but with mushrooms, it was amazing.
We had a voucher so overall, the meal for four of us was absolutely brilliant.
There was 36 of us so we made our own atmosphere. Food was as expected at Pizza Express and everyone enjoyed their meal. What impressed most was that the food all arrived hot which is no mean feat with a group of our size. It is still an expensive meal at £32 per person for a small starter, Romana pizza and 2 small beers. Add a desert and a couple more beers and you can find yourself north of £50 and it is just pizza after all.
The food was as expected delicious, the staff was very kind and helpful with everything and the atmosphere in general was really nice!

We went to the branch in St. Helier, Jersey for a girls' evening on a Monday. It was quite full downstairs for a Monday. We sat by the bar at a tall table. I like it in there. Staff members are more pleasant than the St. Brelades. (Sorry, just from my experience).
Anyway, I had Leggera Pomodoro which is my new favourite from Pizza Express. It was delicious and didn't feel too full afterwards.
Nduja Calzone used to be my favourite but the last time we were there, it was undercooked, so undercooked it was still cold in the middle part of it and underbaked doug at the bottom. I couldn't continue eating after I noticed that half way so I had to ask a staff member to take it away and cook it for longer which he kindly did and apologised. I didn't have a go with him because it wasn't really his fault. Whoever baked it, should know how long it should take. I was a bit suspicious because the colour was a lot paler than how I was served before. Credit to the St Brelades team for serving me a properly cooked Nduja Calzone when I was there last time 😊.
In summary, pizza can be unhealthy for you but not if you go for Leggera 🍕options 😉. There you go.
