Great place for seafood. They have a good set menu at a decent price. I would recommend the avocado, salmon and prawn starter followed by the monkfish.

Perfect fish!! Tried it on a recommendation and instantly booked again before leaving. Unlike those (rare) negative reviews about where they got seated etc - if it's seriously that important, why didn't they confirm this when booking?

We came here with the family and had an amazing time. We had three classic lobsters with garlic butter and one sirloin steak. Everything was gorgeous and tasted so good. Also the scallops as a starter are worth a visit. If you want authentic good seafood and other dishes, you should definitely visit the Bistro Rosa!

This place is very authentic. You are in the Fish Market having the freshest sea food cooked in the open kitchen. Semi formal cafe vibes. The food was delicious and service good.

Venue is inside a fish market. Had Turbot fish recommended, lovely meal we enjoyed it. They add a 10% service charge, which made the already expensive meal even more, we wouldn't have booked if we had known that and wouldn't go back for that reason only. We always tip for good service, but don't agree with it being forced on us. It was the most expensive meal we had during the 2 weeks holiday.

Had a great dinner here. Scallops for starters, turbot for main and creme brulee for dessert. Not cheap, but the quality makes it good value. Staff the right amount of attentivenerss, left you to enjoy your food but knew when you were ready for more!

Great experience. Petite but perfectly formed eatery attached to the St Helier's fish market. This proximity to the market most probably explains the veriaty and freshness of seafood ingredients on offer. We came along on Saturday night without booking, so had to return some hour or so later when the first round of diners have finished. No supprise there as the place have only 9 tables, and it is obviously enormously popular with locals. We ordered one starter - Grilled King Prawns (Spiced Gambas) in Garlic butter, and they were excellent. Fresh, suculent and very flavoursome. For mains, my partner went for Scallops and Chorizo, and myself for Monkfish and Scallops in Coconut milk based sauce. Every mouthfull was a delight. Firm but suculent Monkfish pieces were paired perfectly with Thai style sauce. Scallops fried to the perfect bite ( small niggle, thoug: scallops could have been cleaned better, to avoid chewy bits I had to park on the side of my plate). My partner did not have that problem and said that her plate of food was delicious and likewise perfectly cooked. Our meals came with acompaniments of crispy soteéd potatoes and perfectly blanched veg, making a meal quite substantial, too. Service was efficient, speedy and delivered with descretion and understated politeness. How only three people - two shefs and one person serving - manage to turn over nine tables at least twice, and deliver such a good quality cooking in such an efficient manner - it is stuff of wander. Definitely the gastronomic highlight of our long weekend stay on Jersey.

Gorgeous food and genuinely friendly service. I had today's special which was turbot with seared scallops, veggies and potatoes and pear tart as dessert. It comes very highly recommended from my side. It's a small place within the fish market so please book to avoid disappointment. The only downside is that you can't try everything in one day hence I booked in for tomorrow again. Five star plus from me.

Authentic fish bistro atmosphere just next to the fish market so one assumes it is fresh. It certainly tasted so, good variety of dishes and set menu for £29.95 for 3 courses.

Excellent fresh seafood and local veg. Not fancy but great cooking. Only a few tables so you may have to wait at busy times. We'll worth a visit.

Very nice food with good service. Nice tennerfest menu. Lovely and warm even outside the restaurant (still under cover) as the tables are under heaters and they provide blankets

Very busy but delicious food. Fixed price menu (avocado, king prawn and smoked salmon salad followed by spicey monkfish fillets with scallops) excellent value!

A beautiful restaurant hidden away in the Jersey fish market. The food was so so good and the service was amazing. It wasn’t a fancy place but the vibe and atmosphere was great. Highly recommend!
