Classic old school locals pub that offers no frills but just what you need a great selection of cask ales and a relaxing atmosphere.
Great pub, good beer, Stella and coors, served by the very polite and friendly Dylan. The only negative is that it was quite chilly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit
Used to be a decent boozer with a bit of atmos then the bag head centre opened over the road and it turned into a junkies hang out. It shut down then and opened up with a friendly couple and they even started doing food, then it changed hands again but I’ve only been in once. Still a decent pint and
Great pub, great service by Dylan, great pint of coors, and Stella, only negative was it was quite chilly when sat chatting. But really enjoyed the afternoon
Went for the quiz with friends on a Tuesday night, great atmosphere with a big selection of real ales and a lovely wine menu and friendlybar staff. Toilets are top-notch.
Nice recently renovated traditional pub. Breath selection of real ales and great prices for pensioners in the afternoon. Very friendly staff.
An excellent choice of real ales and very reasonably priced. The Barmaid who was working lunchtime on Thursday 27 July is an asset to the pub. Very helpful and friendly.
