I would like through your website to pass on a MASSIVE thankyou to a fantastic member of staff namely, Jane. I have visited the store twice in 2 weeks and on both occasions she has been their to help, Her level of customer service exceeds other stores. AND she is funny. Nothing is too much trouble a
Enjoyed a nice walk around the store today. Everything displayed nicely, staff friendly and professional. Went for a bite to eat in the cafe, lovely food. Only snack type items available such as toasties and baked potato etc tempting cakes also.
Big thank you to Louise (one of the managers at the store). I visited the Widnes store with a complaint about a jacket I bought there, and was not happy with the response, so I contacted Head Office and received another unsatisfactory response, so l took the jacket to the St Helens store and spoke w
Been into St Helens store today for new bras , Wendy who measured me was so helpful & made me feel at ease, thank you so much x
Consistently good. Stayed for coffee and cake after shopping. V.good.
Live shopping here, only thing that let's it down is the service in the cafe, very slow and not all staff are polite and friendly. Rest of the shop is great
No staff on tills ,try to make you self service ! No Thanks
I like shopping in their. But why they had to move is something I will never understand. The Town Centre OR what's left of our Centre is dismissal. Not only that the choice of products has been halved. Choices were always a pleasure Now very disappointed. Rita
Absolutely brilliant store. The trollies are wiped down for you, when you arrive. Gels there as well. Arrows for the direction in which to go round. Felt safe with the shopping experience. Food hall excellent. Prices very reasonable. Quality of food exceptional. All staff extremely helpful and pleas
I went to the food hall yesterday and it was quite busy however the lady on the till was wonderful. There was a couple in front of me who were obviously very vulnerable and had learning needs and the lady on the till was extremely helpful to them. Well done Mark's and Spencer for excellence in custo
I like this store. Small and interesting is how I would describe it. I particularly liked the cafe and the girls who took great pains to ensure my coffee was exactly how I like it. On the day I visited, they were all learning on the job, cant remember their names, but it was a Sunday, and I do
The only thing letting this down is the location. Was handy when it was in the town centre, but parking now is a squeeze and it must be difficult for some given this and the location. That said, it is nice inside and more modern. Staff are always super, super really totally nice and friendly as i
Such a massive improvement on the store that was in the Town Center very friendly staff excellent customer service. We now have a bigger food hall and larger selection of clothes . The car park is not that large but is on a retail park where they is plenty of parking . Did not try cafe so can’t comm
The location is good for me. Plenty of free parking spaces but does get busy. Lovely cafe upstairs. I would go to Gemini in Warrington if i wanted more choice in clothes but they have quite a good selection. Food hall the same as others.
Well organised for shopping, met at reception area by staff with hand gel available. Good choice of food for a quick shop. Most of the customers wearing masks, but some standing and chatting 2 abreast in aisles, causing some congestion. Moved on when asked politely. 👍
