Out of the two McDonald's that are close proximity to me, this one seems to always have milkshakes available where the other never does. Sometimes you have to wait after the drive thru but rarely any mistakes with the orders. Best one in St Helens.
I had breakfast here. The service was quick and the service was friendly. I only got Hash Browns and a Frappe however both were good, the Hash browns were slightly overcooked but this added effect. The toilets were also good.
low atmosphere score because we were in a car but overall great visit as usual. the chips were especially salty and cripsy today and a lovely temperature
No-one on tills, so when they got the order wrong there was no-one to speak to.
No pencils or pictures for kids to play with.

Staff all friendly, manager on shift exceptional. Food perfectly cooked and great temperature. Honestly one of the best mcdonalds we have been to.
Food and drinks were to a good standard, the building seemed very clean. I'd suggest ordering the food to take out unless you want to be annoyed by 13 year olds shouting, swearing and giving the staff grief.
Drive-thru always busy as the restaurant inside as well, specially on weekends.
If you are collecting deliveries for Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc... Just go through the corridor on the right beside the cashier on the main entrance.
Doesn't always get the orders right when you go or order for delivery but they are quick
Service is now poor. Possibly due to the high amount of just eat type orders that slow it down for the rest of us.
