16 of us went for the afternoon buffet.
The staff were fantastic, the food was lovely, nice and hot and plenty of variety. We all had a great time.
St helens pizza hut has plenty of parking, disabled parking spaces available next to the restaurant. Put your registration in to the machine.
Came during lunchtime midweek. Our server was absolutely lovely, unable to remember her name because I'm writing this review a few weeks later. Not too busy, so it was nice and chilled. Easy to park the car aswell for free, you just have to pop your registration into the tablet at the bar which gives you 6 hours, so you're fully able to pop in to town for a bit of shopping before leaving.
We paid for the buffet, and had a couple of sides on top. All together came to around £30 inclusive of the blue light card discount that was applied.
The food was good. On the buffet, the pizzas are relatively basic. So if you want something special you're probably better not going for the buffet and just ordering whichever pizzas you want.
Even still, all food was hot and the sides we ordered were gorgeous.
Id definitely come again for a nice chilled lunch.
Popped in this evening with my partner for some dinner. Really warm welcome from the manager at the front, couldn't of been more helpful. Guided us through how to order and ensure we had everything we needed. Food was lovely and fresh, the female server was again really pleasant. Overall our experience was excellent, really nice to see the standards at Pizza hut haven't dropped like other establishments. Thank you Team

Last time I went to a Pizza Hut I didn't really enjoy it. This time we went to try the two vegan pizza's, and they were really nice, the cheeze was good, the alt pepperoni great. Pizzas, chips and onion rings cooked to perfection and nice and hot when it arrived. Very good portion size you could share the chips and onion rings between two, and we were welcomed and served by a lovely member of staff.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The salad bar was well stocked and very clean and the food was fantastic quality and extremely delicious.

First time in this Pizza Hut..
Had the buffet. Pizza's were really good and enjoyed the broccoli pasts. Wasn't a fan of the salad bar. Sauces were very acidic.
The pizza and the atmosphere as usual is absolutely amazing, it's just nice and relaxing to hang out with my boyfriend after a long day at work
The fact that the online app is very well sorted. Everything was well placed and easy to work with. Even when placing your voucher was easy. The whole experience today was fun. Its been months since we last had Pizza Hut. Thank you so much for the St Helens team. Our table was emptied in a well professional way. And no clutter.
Speed of service was excellent, combined with friendly and efficient staff. The self service elements for drinks and salads are nice touches too. The provision of glutten free options as more than a mere afterthought is welcome too.
Not been to pizza hut in years. Not sure I'm entirely happy with how it's modernised. Scan code at table, order and pay. Easy yes. But with that it's lost the friendly atmosphere from more staff interaction. Kids loved it though and food was great. So no no complaints.
A very good experience overall. The children seemed happy and very satisfied. The pepperoni and spicy honey pizza was a delight.
The staff were nice and friendly ans available to help if anyone struggled to order using the app or web browser.
Fabulous staff the gentleman on shift was amazing.
He went over and well well above for us. The food was good aswell.
I have to say though the food is of better quality to eat in than eating out.
My son is 12 months out and was also extremely pleased with his dinner also
Very easy and pleasant. Plenty of choice and staff very helpful. Would love to see more thin base pizza but I also didn’t ask for this as I am sure staff would have made one
