Been coming here for years. Never had a bad portion of chips. Never had a bad burger nor pizza nor kebab. The wife loves the fish size and taste, happy wife happy life.
The long term staff are friendly, polite and great service. And the portion sizes are large. Maybe not the largest but certainly not small or bad value.
So please trust me. Some reviews are simply not accurate. Or "prefer" other shops ;-). If you disagree or if I'm wrong, not offence intended. Take care people.
Chips are real chips - not those horrible fries you tend to get everywhere else. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are all friendly.
It's the 1st time iv rang & ordered my food then went to collect it but tbh everything went smooth, as I got there it was ready, nice & hot.
Staff were polite.
Prices are not bad at all
& the food was all lovely & well cooked so enjoyed the lot

Fantastic little chippy. Everything is cooked fresh, no warm-ups. Really nice.
Fish freshly battered and fried, 2 choices of curry, plenty of Doner meat. All good.

This is a great traditional little chippy that serves not only fish, chips and mushy peas, but it sells kebabs and pizzas also. They also deliver locally. A great Plaice!
