Good chippy, well known in St Helens area. Staff are down to earth and friendly. Prices are what you'd expect, get good portions of whatever you order. Only thing that lets the place down is it looks pretty tired now and could really do with a refurb. Won't make the chips taste any better though I

Went for a collection at 4.45pm for an excellent 5* Fish, Chips and Mushy peas, Meat and Potato pie and Chips takeaway. Thank you so much, it was ready and waiting for me when I entered the shop. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Food was fantastic in all departments. Highly recommended.

This chippy is the best in the North west everything you can purchase from here is A1 with good sized portions and the place is spotless.

Ordered a takeaway for collection at 5pm tonight Food was excellent : fish, chips and mushy peas were cooked to perfection. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed, 5 stars is not enough - 10 out of 5 is more like it 😋😋😋 mmmm

Lightly battered fish is wonderful. I always insist on going every time inn in st Helens most weeks. As they put loads of batter on fish where I live and I don't eat any but this better is very fine and melts in your mouth. Chips and mushy peas as expected. Takeaway

Best chips fish around in fact had alot of what was on the menu brilliant. Also best chipmunk shop ever .

Getting expensive now, so just going to be an occasional treat. Fish was lovely but I wish the chips could be better.
