Definitely recommend this place we booked a table for 19, at 8pm on a Friday ( one the busiest times ) & All starters & mains came out at the same time & more importantly was hot! None of us where sat waiting long, food absolutely lovely & big portions too! Staff really friendly came over chatting and not rushing around. Everyone was really happy with there meal we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Absolutely the best curry house .... the food is incredible the staff are equally as assertive and the restaurant itself is modern and aways has a nice buzz about it. The owner takes time to always speak to you and recommends dishes he thinks you will enjoy ... this us a diamond of a place so happy we have it in our town !!!
Visited this evening with a friend and all the good things I heard about the place are true. Lovely decor and surroundings, gorgeous food and fantastic service. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and if that didn’t persuade us to come back, then the complimentary dessert did! Would highly recommend this to anyone and will definitely be back!

Went to Ba'Bursi last night for the first time with my husband, son and our friends. Couldn't fault it at all. Food was excellent, we had starters, mains, sides. All was cooked perfectly and tasted lovely. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so nice chatting to us asking how our christmas was. Made us feel comfortable. The restaurant itself was lovely and decorated very well. Will definitely be returning soon. Will be requesting a copy of thier Christmas day menu for next year. The price looks fantastic and will be interested. Would recommend.

Went here last night for the first time with friends. The atmosphere was great nice and relaxed, the service was attentive without being invasive, the food was amazing and the portions were generous the price was very reasonable too. Keep up the great standards can't wait to visit again. Thank you.

My husband and I visited last night for a pre theatre meal, and we were not disappointed. A modern, clean interior, friendly attentive staff and beautiful food. I can highly recommend the chilli garlic king prawn starter (although don’t confuse the whole green chillies for green beans) - it hurt! And the tandoori meats were divine.
We will definitely be going back.

First trip here - restaurant was busy when we arrived but we were acknowledged and seated in reasonable time. Service was excellent, even an unnecessary apology (by name) for being seated late.
The food was tremendous. Fresh poppadoms and naans, the curry was superb. Highly recommended restaurant.
First time I have been this evening and it was so lovely, relaxed and food was fabulous. Service was brilliant with friendly, funny staff I will definitely be coming again. They really know how to treat the customers. Only issue was balloons had meant to be on the table and weren't but given how busy it was I will forgive them on this.

1st time at the restaurant service friendly and efficient, without being overpowering, food excellent, with plenty of choice. Loved the chicken tikka masala sauce, and Dansak sauce, will definitely be returning for another session.

We've eaten here many times since it opened and have never had a bad experience. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced, the food is consistently good and the staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive. It can be quite noisy when it's busy as there are inevitably large groups, but this makes for a lively atmosphere. I have no doubt that we will return again and again in the future.

Fabulous food and fabulous service in lovely surroundings. I always enjoy eating here and can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s in a prime position, close to both St Helens central station and the bus station. Definitely worth a visit.

Staff really friendly, food lovely. Would highly recommend. Only one thing the staff spoke to my husband at the table, wouldn't even look at me. Wouldn't mind but I was the one paying for the meal.

The setting is very good and clearly staff are conscious of the current pandemic.
The dishes I tend to order are usually on the flavoursome/ spicy side.
Starting with poppadoms and the selection of accompanying condiments, these were flavoursome and a good balance between sweet, savoury, cooling and heat.
The chilli dip is first class and highly recommended.
The Keema naan bread with Garlic and Coriander was tasty and freshly cooked.
The filling well distributed and each bite had some coriander though garlic was not overly used.
Chicken Lahori was very tasty, plenty of flavour and heat, not one for the Korma lovers but it's well presented and layers of flavour. Some separation leaving oil during transit but easily removed.
Chicken Pathia is very good and chef has obviously got knowledge, balancing the tamarind, sweet contrasting with sourness and heat.

Garlic Chilli Chicken layers and depth of heat and flavours were delightful, freshly cooked with a good balance. Again some separation leaving oil during transit but easily removed.
Overall catering for large amounts of people is difficult, yes chicken and curry base/sauce has to be done but these guy's are very proficient and the end results speak for themselves!

Quiet and unassuming on the outside, with vegetarian and vegan options in abundance!!! After a sullen 10 days exploring dull St Helens I can reassure all that no restaurant in town - of any cuisine - can match! Certainly not on every single visit!! Don’t miss the side dishes on the menu! Okra, chickpea, spinach, lentil curries all for £3.50! 🥰
Love this place. The owner and staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble. The food is outstanding, deliciously tasty. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian food.

Absolutely beautiful food. Fresh and plentiful. I'm not a fan of hot curries but I love Indian food. I had the prawn dish with vegetables it was lightly spiced and a lot of garlic.
