Easy access with underground parking and overflow parking across the road. Large open feel to the shop with a nice selection of meat and fish at their counters where you can bring your own reusable containers. Upstairs you can buy items for your home and kitchen such as pans and duvets as well as cards and toys and top it off by having a coffee and snack in their cafe.
Not been to that branch in years. Good selection but further from.home. Only went in passing as needed milk.

Best supermarket shop in Jersey, huge range, plenty of checkouts, helpful staff, parking on site. Also, across the road is another public car park with a 50kW EV charger, so my car is charged up whilst I'm shopping.
Well stocked Waitrose. Friendly staff. Very good.

On the off chance in August I visited the cafeteria with 2 friends there is a refreshing big difference a charming person called Annabela served us welcoming and efficient she made a big impression with her customer service also November 28th a bubbly, smiling Roxanne who made such an impact with her warm humour and made us laugh .In the supermarket a waitrose card entitles you to a free hot drink after a purchase takeaway only.A free newspaper is available when you spend £10, certain ones only . An overflow carpark with wheelchair access has been organised opposite the store , which is good, also a wheelchair ramp situated by the trolley shelter. Now upstairs a selection of electrical goods, coffee machines, etc and a good range of kitchen utensils .New stationary section , children's clothing ,toys for Starwars fans! There is a good selection of DVDs upstairs via escalator or lift, toilets are situated opposite the lift, there is also free Wi-Fi in store .Oh ! and don't forget to check out the fresh flowers stall near the welcome desk for the special people in your life.
An excellent supermarket in the West of the island located near a beautiful beach a short walk away. The food store is very good a varied selection on the fresh fish counter and butchers along with a cheese counter. Look out for the genuine smiles of the partners , Jane, Michelle, Stacey , a young chap James always a cheerful greeting ,Jason such a personality a really charming man. Marta( missed her in the cafeteria ) Finn , Fernando , Tracey , Claire, Carol,Nina,Enzo and the charming smiley Leandro who does a good job of keeping the shopping trolleys under control ! Monday june 24th first impressions at the welcome desk Mary C, a glowing ,smiling lady with a refreshing personality and I just had to ask her name to put her on this review .
Only medium sized, but usually well stocked. Open on Sundays. Cafe upstairs is good.
What a lovely surprise for my parents' 64th wedding anniversary! Thank you Manageress for the beautiful bouquet and bubbly presented while they shopped. Brilliant service from Fernando too!
The cafe staff were lovely and welcoming, despite the restrictions were accommodating in regards of menu and had the customers in mind when serving, including an additional glass a water which wasn't asked for but was needed. Thank you for a wonderful visit on such a rainy day :)
Great shop always good deals and fresh produce
Good selection of foods. Need to take advantage of the specials to keep the bill down. Tight parking bays, not good for big vehicles. But there is another carpark just over the road.
In the restaurant today only 2 staff on due to various factors however they both brilliant service fantastic treated everyone with respect and more

Best supermarket in Jersey. Good size and well laid out. Ailes can be a bit tight at times but in Jersey that's standard. Parking is tricky on a Saturday and the car park can be congested easily if you get just one inconsiderate driver. Parking in the public car park above is a decent hack will often save you time. Only need a disk so free.
