Me and my partner have eaten out at quite a few places. All the food has been fare in other places. But today we had Sunday lunch at the crown Inn and we couldn't believe how good the food was!! Especially the roast potatoes!!! The puddings were a delight too!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful.. we have both said that next time we are near we wouldn't hesitate too visit for Sunday lunch again. Many thanks too Kerris and her lovely team.😊 Mags and Steve x

Old pub in very small village. Good parking at back. Very good menu of traditional meals, including fresh seafood. Simple cooking with local ingredients. St Austell ales on the bar. Very pleasant welcome and service. Very much recommended.

Beautiful quaint village pub. Very welcoming staff/owner. I had the chicken and bacon panini, homemade coleslaw, side salad and crisps. 10 minute wait for food which was great, time to have a few sups of yer pint and settle down. Beautiful church practically outside pub, worth a look around. The wife, father in law and meself definitely going to return.

Just truly excellent. This is a wonderful pub. Food absolutely top knotch the belly pork was perfection. The staff here are super friendly. Pub is clean and has a lovely atmosphere, very busy so booking was needed as people who hadn't booked were unable to get a table. They were very gracious in letting us park our campervan there for the evening. 10 out of 10 a seriously fabulous pub.

They have the best Sunday lunches here, with friendly people and a lovely atmosphere. We had the Sunday roast dinner, one pork with crackling and one roast chicken and it was all delicious with lots of different vegetables, we also asked for Yorkshire puddings which were a bit extra but definitely worth it. Our young son had spaghetti bolognaise off the kids menu and loved that too, highly recommend.

What a beautiful, quiet, welcoming place for an overnight stop in the moho. Cerys was so funny and friendly and the food and drink were outstanding. The pub and garden are dog friendly and beautifully clean. We went on a Tuesday night in June and they were fully booked for food so make sure you ring in advance and book for food if you want to stay. Can't wait to come back

Great village pub full of old world charm and serving an excellent roat dinner on Sundays. You'll need to book as it's very popular, but for good reason!
