Came here for an evening meal with 3 other people as we were staying in the Premier Inn after a day at The Eden Project. None of us could fault the food (we can be fussy) It was perfectly cooked & the portions very generous. The service was very good. We went back for breakfast & again couldnt fault anything. Would definately return if in the area.

We went for breakfast for my daughter's birthday. There were 13 of us, we had booked and table was all ready. Staff very polite and friendly. Plenty of food available and regularly topped up. We love the Carclaze breakfast as it's great esp for kiddies as they can pick exactly wot they like. Some of mine like hot cooked food whilst the youngest prefers pancakes and fruit! Personally I love the vast choice of everything u could imagine many thanks

We stayed at the Premier Inn next door & they do a meal deal offer for £25, which consists of an all you can eat continental / full English breakfast buffet. There is an excellent choice to choose from. There’s also an excellent choice to choose from on the evening menu, but if you have the meal deal there may be some additional charges involved. Unfortunately we experienced a very long delay for our desserts on the first evening (they must have been forgotten about) & on the second evening a side order was placed that was never brought up to the table. When enquired for a second time the side order still didn’t arrive, so once the meal was finished we simply asked for that side order to be cancelled, which was done with minimal fuss. The restaurant is comfortable. I’m not too sure why they seemed to have had a radio station playing during the evenings though. The only other annoying issue is that they have table reservations in the bar area. On a couple of occasions we found it difficult to find a table to sit at for some drinks. I totally understand why you would have table reservations in the restaurant but seems very unnecessary for this to be going on in the bar. Staff are very friendly & polite.

The food was very nice, staff helpful but hard to get a hold off does get very busy so I can understand why, but the food was nice do recommend if you are staying at the Premier Inn or just looking for a place to eat.

As a family of 10 (7 Adults, 3 Children(2 year old twins included)) we thoroughly enjoyed an Evening meal on Monday 31st July and Breakfast on Friday 4th August, excellent service on both occasions also great value for money (I was able also to take advantage of my Defence discount service card) a great choice of menu available for our evening meal also very comprehensive choice for breakfast. A big well done to all your staff. Many thanks

Very busy restaurant on Saturday evening. Can be slow getting food order taken as the bar staff have to take this AND drinks orders, not helpful on a really busy night, only two staff behind bar, they did well though!!Food was good, reasonably priced. Outside seating area was let down due to the amount of rubbish strewn under the hedge line. Obviously customers that could not use litter bins or care less but that's the public I guess.......Would use again.

Excellent food and service, was not expecting the standard of food from what we thought was a hotel restaurant. The service was great too, it was very busy and normally the service drops when the staff are exceptionally busy but it didn't. Will definitely be eating here again when we stay.

Nice meal really enjoyed it. Staff are lovely. The chairs need a refit they are a wee bit dirty. Good parking and disabled spaces. Would definitely come again.

Went here for an evening meal. Had to sit outside because we had the dog with us but the seating was spacious and spread out. A little uncomfortable though. Starters took a bit of time to come out but were worth the wait! Very nice. The rest of the food came out soon after and tasted great. Other members of my party didn’t enjoy the fries we had in place of regular chips but I thought it was excellent. Can’t comment on the indoor seating but it looked warm and cosy.

Me and my mate turned up at 12.00 and asked what time we could check in but they said 15.00 . We did go to the bar and had a few beers but the people at the bat were brilliant. When I woke up for breakfast and went next door, you have plenty of options with pastries, fruit, or fried breakfast.
