Popped here for Sunday lunch. Really nice place, very comfortable and relaxed. Staff were lovely and friendly. Meat was just delicious. Was not disappointed.
Will visit again definitely.
Myself and a party of 5 others stayed here recently as we were attending a wedding in the area. We’d booked 4 rooms and not only was the price extremely reasonable, the rooms themselves were gorgeous and felt very clean and welcoming. The coffee machine was a great addition! The most notable though was the amazing hosts, I’ve never been so well accommodated at any hotel before! I honestly can’t thank them enough for all their help in getting us wedding ready, and we’re already thinking of staying there again for a weekend away!
A wonderful Sunday lunch with family for my 80th. Made very welcome, the service and food was first class, well presented. Couldn't have chosen a nicer place, I had lamb dinner and Eton mess which was to die for lol.everyone of the 16 of us said best place ever been to and enjoyed the food. Thank you to the chef, the staff and the owners who even have me a card and chocs, lovely people highly recommend. Well done x

Me and my partner recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic establishment that seamlessly combines a bar, restaurant, and hotel, and we must say, it exceeded all our expectations!
The hotel rooms were an absolute delight - clean, comfortable, and imbued with a warm homely ambiance that made me feel right at ease. We stayed in Osprey. The amenities provided were top-notch, catering to every need and ensuring a truly comfortable stay.
Now, let's talk about the bar - it's nothing short of upmarket excellence. The selection of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages is impressive, ensuring that there's something for every palate. The local ciders are fantastic and are a must try.
But what truly stole the show was the restaurant. The food was nothing short of heavenly, and we can't emphasize enough how amazing the lamb dish was. It's an absolute must-try. The flavors were divine, and every bite was a delightful journey for our taste buds. The culinary expertise on display here is truly commendable.
In summary, this establishment offers an unforgettable experience. Whether you're staying at the hotel, enjoying drinks at the bar, or indulging in a culinary adventure at the restaurant, you're in for a treat. Such a nice venue in a relatively secluded spot. It feels a lot further away from civilisation, despite being in a busy village around a mile or so from the main road.
My wife and I went there for our anniversary. The food and the service were spot on, and the whole place is very cosy.
We'll definitely be going back.
