Visited for the first time for lunch with friends and found very friendly staff and very nice surroundings ..it was nice to see a variation on the menu for example the cauliflower rice with kale n veggie slaw..which helped with sticking to my healthy eating plan.. it was reasonably priced and I enjoyed it very much and will certainly recommend and visit again �

We were at the Talardy for a very short time, so can only rate from a limited experience. The room was relatively cheap compared with most others in the area at the time of booking. Location was fantastic for us. Met by an very polite bloke on reception who made us feel at home immediately. The room itself was clean, warm and roomy enough for a family of four, with tea coffee and bottled water. Shower was ok and bathroom had fresh clean towels. Really wish we could have stayed longer to try the food etc. would happily stay there again

As part of my 25th birthday celebrations I went to The Talardy, whilst I was there the customer service was second to none and the staffs attitude was perfect and they were kind, friendly. The food was stunning and beautiful, it really provoked a taste sensation.
Loved it and it was my first time dining there.
The place was spectacular and beautiful. Very classy and handsome.

We booked a table for 2 online tonight which was very easy to do. When we turned up we were greeted by a lovely member of the bar staff who showed us to our table gave us a menu & said a member of staff would be with us shortly. The Lady came & took our drink orders & said she'd give us some time to choose our food. For starters I chose Mushroom Soup & my wife had the Prawn Cocktail. I can honestly say the Mushroom Soup is the best I've ever had, the taste was outstanding. For mains I tried to order the Glazed Honey & Mustard Gammon Hock, unfortunately there had been a problem with the oven & it was unavailable so I opted for the Gammon & Chips meal whilst my wife had the Pie of the day (which was Steak & Ale) both were very good & very tasty. Against my better judgement I decided to join my wife in having a dessert, my wife had the Cheesecake & I had the Apple & Cherry Crumble with Ice-cream absolutely gorgeous just very filling. All the food came out promptly & was hot & tasty, we were asked several times if everything was alright & did we need anything else. The Lady who looked after us was called Carol & we couldn't of wished for a more nicer waitress she was so lovely. We will definitely be returning & I certainly recommend the Talardy but as I always say this is my opinion yours may differ but it is definitely worth a try.

The ambience was great. Plenty of room (you don’t feel crowded like some places) and the service was very quick.
The staff are friendly and the food was great. I had sirloin steak and my other half had gammon steak.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
Car parking was excellent with plenty of space.
Emergency pub stop after a day at the beach. Very good car park, friendly staff and very roomy eating area. Food was good and came after a small wait

I must say the staff are always efficient friendly and time between service is well timed. We visit monthly from work to catch up so the location from the hospital is ideal, we always notice the staff are the same which speaks volumes, no big turn over.
We were there to celebrate my sister and brother-in-law’s golden wedding. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our dog. The food was first class and the service excellent. The staff did all they could to make the evening really special for us all. I would highly recommend the Talardy to anyone - it’s superb
Myself and family had a meal here today for my daughters 21st birthday. Great service, food was lovely. It was very kind of Amanda to give my daughter a free bottle of prosecco for her birthday.
Excellent experience. Somehow managed to book the wrong date for our stay, but the man on reception solved the issue with the minimum of fuss.
Lovely room, great facilities. Bed incredibly comfortable, shower is fantastic.

A lovely place, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nice bar area, ample of outside seating and play area for kids. The rooms were nice and beds were lovely and had a great nights sleep. Going back again tomorrow for one night as daughter plays for Wales U-19's on Bank Holiday Monday.
We were looking for a pub/ restaurant to go to (last minute) and we were able to get a table here.
The food looked and tasted lovely. I felt it was very good value for money too.
I found the place to be very clean and the staff to be very polite, helpful and very efficient. We will be returning here.
