Spankingly good veg dishes, dhal samba a cracker, lovely zingy aubergine bhaji and a deliciously unctuous paratha washed down with a nice cold draught kingfisher... yum yum.

On a cold winters night Tulsi was a warm and welcoming place. Friendly attentive staff were great. Food was very good and served on a good frequency with just the right gaps to make dinner a full experience meal. We loved it and would recommend / will be back !

Tired of Fish and Chips while in St. Andrews? If so, don't miss Tulsi after a long day on the links. The food is amazing with great table service. They have both an Indian and a Thai chef. We had a mixture of curries and everyone said it was the best meal of our 11 day trip around the UK.

i have dined here for 4 years ! I was a very loyal customer during my time at University of St Andrews. Excellent food and the best service in town. i would highly recommend Tulsi to anyone looking for indian or thai cuisine. Kudos to Mr Hasan and the team for maintaining a very high standard of food & service consistently !

Popped in on the off chance. Got a table no problem.other half had king prawn red curryy I had chicken jalfrazi with mushroom pilau and a to die for chilli and garlic naan. Both meals piping hot and really tasty. Staff very friendly chuffed to bits that they weren't coming over every 5 mins asking if I'm OK. (which I hate) believe me if it's not OK you'll know. Can't recommend this place enough. May go back tomorrow to try something else

I've just arrived home after experiencing an absolutely excellent Indian meal at the Tulsi. Undoubtedly the finest curry restaurant in St Andrews. The kingdom and probably Scotland. An excellent experience . Food and service first class. 10 out of 10. Archie and Ellie Brown

Great family run restaurant. Friendly staff and most importantly really tasty food. Love the meat samosas (literally could eat 6 just for a snack. Crunchy outside and juicy inside. Other favs are the lamb rogan josh, tikka masala and the garlic naans are like super.

Another great meal last night at Tulsi. There were 12 of us, everyone enjoyed their choice of food from a great menu of Thai or Indian cuisine. Staff very attentive. We will be back soon.

Amazing Indian! Staff were lovely and the food was top notch not to pricey either. Also have some cool old movie frames on the wall. Definitely worth a visit.

Best indian I've had. I was sceptical when entering as the staff particularly the older ones gave off a rude attitude. However the menu seemed great and all the Curry's we ordered where hot and really tasty. Even the rice was very very well cooked I must recommend you try this restaurant.

We had a fantatsic meal here. Our Thai food was amazing. We had popudums and pickles for starters so a dream meal for us. The waiter was very informative. Definitely recommend especially if you have some of your party wanting Thai and others swaying towards Indian. Everyone's a winner

Really friendly place and the food was excellent. It's a bit different from the norm as it serves both Indian and Thai food. I had a Lamb Jalfrezi and the girlfriend had Pad Thai. Both were amazing. Thought it wouldn't work having two different cuisines in one restaurant but I was so very wrong. Excellent place.

A curious mixture of Thai and Indian dishes. I opted for an Indian choice and had the lunch special at 6.95 for two courses. I had vegetable pakora followed by chicken bhuna. Both were tasty and produced quickly. I ended with a simple ice cream and washed it all down with a cool pint of Kingfisher lager. I enjoyed my lunch and would eat here again.
