We have been to Must in St Albans a few times now and it has become one of our favourite spots in the city. They have an amazing selection of wine, a great atmosphere and lovely staff - in particular Shahn, who is always so welcoming and fun, and has also recommended us some wonderful wines to try. I would highly recommend Must to any wine lover!
We recently moved to St Albans and MUST has already become one of our favourite bars. The wine selection is great, and the staff are even better. Shahn in particular is always so welcoming and on hand with great wine recommendations.
A lovely place, and some great wines. Stopped by and sat outside, was perfect as the road was closed. Ordered two lovely glasses of wine, and happened to come across a great Malbec. One of the best I’ve tasted!

Such a lovely bar! They have a great selection of wines and the service is first class! All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, but an extra big shout out to Matt, Shahn and Bruno, who make this place wonderful!
Best wine bar in st.Albans!! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and it’s my favourite place to drink in town! Definitely recommend and I come here regularly. Can’t wait to come again! Try the champagne flight! It’s awesome. Can’t recommend enough.
We hired MUST out for our wedding reception. Matt, Shahn and Holly were all wonderful - very helpful, respectful and checked everything with us. They even set up decorations and packed them away, which made things very easy.
The evening went without a hitch, they were brilliant at always making sure everyone had a drink in their hand.
We would highly recommend hiring MUST for your next event.
Every time we visit MUST we're greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who guide us through an ever extensive wine selection. Most recently, Bruno looked after us and picked out some fantastic wines based on our tastes - highly recommended!
Shahn was an amazing server and recommended somme brilliant wines for us to try. A perfect place for a drink before or after a meal - super great decor and looking forward to trying a wine night here.

First time here and had a fantastic evening. The service is second to none and the selection of wines can cater to absolutely anyone. I will be back and would recommend to anyone!
