The Robin Hood - St. Albans - Photo album

Nice enough pub with friendly staff and a welcoming crowd. There’s plenty of seating throughout with the whole place being spacious. With both the range of drinks and prices I had no complaints during my visit! A decent option in the town.
Friendly service, with a good selection of Ale and Lager. It is located near St Albans City rail station, which makes it an ideal stop for a pint on the way home from work 😉.
Made first ever visit today accompanied by Madge. CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2023 with lots of awards. Also excellent cider destination. Although they had Harvey's Sussex Best I went for a Pale Ale from Chiltern Brewery; a new one for me. Very good. One through lounge plus good size beer garden. Decided
Nice pub. You can tell why they are a favourite with cider drinkers 😁
23/11/2019: photo upload from a trip to Hemel Hempstead to visit friends. Annually we do an Ale Trail and 2019 was a St. Albans Ale Trail. The Robin Hood was along the way.
A proper local pub. Care about their beers. Specialise in cider. Pickled eggs. Always a good vibe. Not trying to be a gastro pub or poncey. Best of all, Bar Skittles.
Cute little place on our way to the Thameslink. Great Gin selection.
Excellent service.Lovely lady who was working on Saturday afternoon 31st December 2022 very efficient. Good range of ales very warm and welcoming little pub. Reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Traditional pub, close to St Albans City Station and not too far out of the City centre. But far enough to be a little quieter on busier nights and to get a seat! Staff are friendly and welcoming, plus the ales are well kept. Seems to get a good mix of locals plus passing trade. Haven’t tried the
Decent pub with lots of choices of real ale shows sport
