This Gastro pub has a really friendly atmosphere aided by a roaring fire and exceptionally friendly staff. The food is excellent, in fact, I am a very fussy eater and rarely order steak in pubs because I find them more often than not, overdone. The 3 horseshoes cook steak as I would expect to find in a 5 star restaurant- highly unusual for a pub. Sunday lunch is a treat and good value- give it a whirl, ‘Kirsty’ and her team will certainly look after you - enjoy

Lovely anniversary lunch with family today, nice to see such a varied menu and a sweet menu to die for...so much choice! Huge thanks to our wonderful waiter Jordan, who, although an extremely busy lad, with bar and restaurant, we could not fault, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much, excellent service!! We'll be back ;)

Came here for lunch with my nana a couple of weeks ago. The lovely waitress remembered us from before and remembered my nana saying she liked the table by the big window so specially got it cleaned up and ready for us. The new menu was lovely the food arrived quickly and tasted delicious with huge portions. Will definitely be back again.

We came here on a sunny Sunday looking for a good Sunday roast and we stumbled into one of, if not, THE BEST SUNDAY ROAST EVER!! Truly amazing, we ordered the Sunday Pork Belly with crackling and as an extra the califlour cheese. As a drink I had the Zinfandel Rose 🌹. Tasted really good, not like the cheap wines made from powder that give you a head ache.. And we were really amazed by the prices as well as with drinks together we paid only £40. Amazing, the staff were really nice too, they have umbrellas for the sun in case it's too much, doggo friendly place❤️, thank you again 🥰

We've been here loads of times, as a couple, family or with friends. The food is consistently good with a decent selection of drinks at reasonable prices and service is friendly and efficient so we keep coming back. I'm not entirely enamored with the Euro car parks management of the car park as they don't give receipts as proof of inputting your car's details so it's their word against yours. I can't see why anyone would park there if they weren't either dining or having a drink inside so it just looks like a money maker for the parking company. That gripe aside, its a great pub/restaurant and way better than many of the larger chains in every respect.

We treated our Grandson to lunch here yesterday and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, the front of house team were extremely welcoming and helpful. The ambience, both inside and on the terrace, was delightful on such a lovely sunny day. Trisha was extremely helpful and friendly while serving our table. We all ordered something different, from the excellent menu. Hunter's chicken, sea bass and I had prawns and scallops in a light cheese sauce with side salad. All three were delicious, beautifully cooked and nicely presented, thank you chef. For dessert, two creme brulee and I had a trio of icecream and sorbet.....all very delicious. Highly recommended this to anyone who enjoys good food. Will definitely be going back when in the area.

I had a lovely dining experience here with my girlfriend last night. The food was amazing, quite literally spot on. The team was nothing but welcoming and lovely. Drinks were made perfectly and I had a really lovely evening outside seeing the sun set with some drinks, thank you to everyone working on the 28th for a night to remember.

The young barman was excellent and attentive. As a party of 6 Seniors including 2 disabled, stick-wielding ladies he swiftly offerred us a suitable table and took drinks and food orders efficiently. Sadly, the food was lacklustre. I had lasagna (which was the temperature of the sun and arrived last) which was disappointing in flavour and portion size. Another of our party had a sirloin steak(medium) but it arrived looking very dry and overcooked. My Royal Raspberry Eton mess dessert was trumpeted by the menu as being "Whipped cream packed with crunchy meringue, juicy raspberries and fresh strawberries" but was not up to that mark. It seemed like a broken meringue nest base with the sides mixed into the Whipped cream. Topped with a sliced strawberry (widely distributed), I searched for any sign of a Raspberry but there was none. Again, the barman was ace when it came to splitting the bill three ways and I hope my 10% gratuity made it through to him. All in all I probably shall not visit again.

Unassuming when you see it from the roadside but wait till you get round the back! Nice garden with plenty of parking. Clean modern interior that serves really good food

Pleasant pub. Very good food. Very pleasant service but food a bit slow to arrive so only 4 stars. Limited choice of ale but well kept.

We chose The Three Horseshoes to host a funeral wake for around 40 people after a very professional, friendly and reassuring meeting with Kieran. We are so happy we did. For an obviously unfortunate event, the experience we received there made the day as smooth and pleasant as it could have been for us all, which was incredibly appreciated in this tough time, enabling us to leave the day with good memories from the day, making it that bit easier. The staff were all great, the buffet was fantastic, and overall excellent service. The pub has an amazing warm feel inside, the outside area was just lovely with lots of room for us all, and loads of parking available made the day run perfectly. Thank you so much to Kieran and his team for helping us through this day. Those of us who live locally will definitely be returning.
