What can I say about this amazing place. Well first impressions were great. Beautifully decorated with a very authentic feel. The welcome from the staff was excellent, they made us feel very special from the start. The service was second to none, from explaining the menu to the eleven yr old in our party, to dealing with allergies, to the speed of the drinks and food arriving, faultless. The food was just exquisite. Beautifully presented and tasted divine. Then the highlight of the evening. The belly dancer. She was brilliant. Her performance was great. And she got a few customers involved too. Great fun. And what a lovely lady. She took the time to come and chat with us after her performance. A wonderful evening. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Gem of a place, food delicious, ambiance delightful and service extremely good the belly dancer was a plus, she dances every Thursday so book for a Thursday - there is also a little booth that sits six, it would be perfect for a special celebration 10/10 for this place x

Wow what a great little find. Been wanting to pop in here for lunch for a while and only wish had sooner. The food was absolutely amazing and the owner was super friendly. We had the set lunch menu!!! A starter, main and very nice house glass of red all for £19.99. Thanks for serving us delicious food, we will definitely be back.

I had a trio of samosas with mango chutney to start, and the monkfish tagine with cous cous for main - plus some of my husband's chips which were delicious. The food was presented so well and tasted divine. The restaurant looks narrow and long from the outside, but when you go in it feels very spacious and has a lovely atmosphere. Great service and outstanding food. I'd love to go back to this gem of a restaurant.

Went on New Years Eve. Friendly service, amazing food, had a really nice rosè prosecco. Reasonably priced for what you get. Very generous portions on the mains. Great menu choices. Highly recommended.

Small frontage belies size of restaurant but it's decorated appropriately with paintings etc. Food is excellent. Merguez sausage salad pictured starter, chicken tagine main served piping hot so you are not eaten food that's gone cold. Service good and friendly. Nice experience and deserves local support

Great little place, not too expensive and the food is delicious! The only slight negative being that the steak in the trio grill was well done as opposed to us being asked how it was to be cooked, but that certainly didn't spoil the meal.

Lovely small Moroccan restaurant in St Albans centre. Parking difficult. Nice Moroccan themed traditional decor with white tablecloths and cloth napkins. Good service - friendly and courteous. Nice food. Quite popular so book a table. We had bread and olives followed by tagine served with rice and filo pastry stuffed with spinach for mains. For dessert we had a traditional Moroccan sweet. Worth a visit

My wife and I just had a meal here with two friends. Everything was excellent start to finish. The ambience and decor of the restaurant, the service which was attentive but not intrusive and of course the food which was absolutely magnificent. Will visit again when we’re next in the area.

I have been in this restaurant a couple of times and I loved it! The dishes are lovely and very unique flavours that you would not find in any other place. Well done guys thank you very much for bringing this type of food into St Albans! Just to note that they only accept cash, so just make sure you have enough money with you.
