My fiancee and I came here for her birthday on a Friday evening.
I reserved online, leaving a note on the reservation that it was my partners birthday, upon arriving we were seated and they brought her out a complimentary glass of prosecco, I didn't even have to remind any of the staff of the note i made in the online booking!
The restaurant is tastefully decorated in a modern bistro style, with an open air dining area out front. All in all a very pleasant environment to eat, and some pretty private booths.
The service was excellent throughout, attentive without being overbearing.
Now, the food-
the best I've had in a long time, perfectly cooked steak, excellent burger, and the skinny fries are amazing! Sides are also very good, mac and cheese and broccoli sampled on this occasion. And to round things out, they brought out a complimentary ice cream dessert, complete with candle, as a final birthday gift for my partner.
The restaurant is on the upper end of the middle, pricing wise. Certainly good enough food to justify the bill. Within the menu there is enough choice and scaling in price to economise or go all out, depending on the occasion and budget.
Highly recommend, which is something I very very rarely do when it comes to restaurants.

I had my wedding dinner here, it was amazing! The food was top notch. The cheesecake was to die for. The waiters and waitresses were very polite and profesional. My prosecco glass was consistently filled like magic. We will definately be back. Thank you!
I love this place. Yes, it is somewhat more expensive than your average restaurant but it’s not your average restaurant. The meat it top quality, and I don’t begrudge the price for good food. Am I gonna be dining here every Friday and having fillet steak? No, I’m not rich...(but if I was the I’ll be in there !)
We usually go on a birthday or a special event of some kind. Last birthday we went to it, I even got a glass of champagne on the house !
Service is always outstanding, when a glass has emptied someone is already at your side either taking it away or offering you a new drink.
Not got a single moan or groan about it.
We had a fantastic anniversary lunch here today - the food was exquisite, I highly recommend the scallops to start! And a very nice touch with the complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival. Service was just right too. Thanks, we will definitely come back soon 👍
This was our first time visiting, it was great the steak was excellent and it was no problem to swap fries for mash. The staff we very helpful and attentive. I agree with others that it is a bit expensive and the no parking is an issue. Given all that will still go again and recommend to friends and family.
We’ve been here on many occasions and thought we’d try the ‘lunchtime early bird offer’ for an early one, very nice menu, food cooked to perfection and friendly staff. K:))
The steaks & food were delicious & the service spot on - we had a lovely evening & a lovely surprise of a birthday brownie for my friend that the restaurant must have noticed on my Facebook posting when I checked in
Love the place although pretty expensive and London prices. Steaks are so tasty and good quality British beef. Nice ambiance and good quality service. Lovely Malbec.
Amazing food and fabulous service. Our server Kristina was very attentive. It was a surprise birthday meal for my husband and we had a very memorable time.

Incredible steak restaurant! The restaurants has a really classy vibe with terrace which backs on to the high street. The steak is unbeatable with a selection of sides. I recommend the tomahawk steak for two people. They also do a deal on Tuesdays that if two people get steak you get a bottle of wine for free which is a nice touch.
There is also chicken and fish on the menu which is equally as good as the steak. The scallops to start were sensational!
Staff were super friendly (Alex) and super knowledgeable on the wine list.
My husband and I visited for his birthday as I wanted to treat him. We were greeted warmly and with a smile, which makes all the difference. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful day. Once we ordered we were given some cheesy scones on the house which were very tasty and it was also a very nice gesture. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were very tasty. Its nice that you can chose your sides therefore you can tailor make your own meal. As they knew it was my husband's birthday they brought him a ball of sorbet with a candle which was a very nice touch.
The food was incredible. My steak was cooked to perfection. My only issue was that the waiter was quite busy rushing around and we were often left with empty glasses that needed refilling. Not sure why they took the wine bottle away from our table.
A great upmarket, dining experience, including a fine selection, steaks and wine. Cocktails were great too, and there was a good selection of cocktails without alcohol too. The starters were pleasant as well however I felt as if the calamari was the only downfall due to a slight lack of freshness. All in all very good experience for stake lovers and the one I would definitely recommend to a friend. Lack of parking facilities.
I took my partner for our 14th year anniversary and we had a great time. The food was exceptional and service was to.
I wanted to try the porterhouse, but wanted to be sure the quality was as good as everyone I've spoken to said it is.
I had the large fillet and it was amazing. I will definitely be doing the porterhouse next time.

Had a lovely steak dinner after a long drive from Scotland, was a perfect meal with a tasty cocktail after a long day, very lovely and welcoming staff, lukas was our host and was extremely nice and friendly definitely made the evening even better 10/10
Great scallops and perfectly cooked steak. Only negative was the wine list was distinctly average.
Staff here are wonderful, my waiter was so helpful and descriptive. The place looked nice and the food was good. Cocktails are great also. I however did not like the chicken wings . They tasted like they were from a packet
Visited on a Saturday evening & as usual Prime delivered. After a drink on the deck in the sun, the restaurant with its wood panelling felt sultry yet remained relaxed, with slick and unobtrusive service; perfect date night vibes. The food was good as always & I had totally forgotten those gorgeous little bread rolls, whipped butter & horseradish cream you get after ordering. Now I just need to come by for bottomless brunch!
Gave this restaurant a try on Wednesday evening without reservation as it was along our route and at the time of the review rated with 4,6 on average out of 1033 reviews.
We gave the Halloumi Burger ( priced at 16,50 GBP ) and the 350g rib-eye steak ( priced at 32,90 GBP ) a try. Our dishes have been very delicious and the steak exactly at the requested cooking stage ( medium-rare ). Staff was very friendly.
On-site parking is non existent but there might be parking on the main road available ( free of charge for 1 hour ).
Ordered the Tomahawk surf & turf with incredible sides. This is the best steak I’ve had outside of London EVER! Staff were great & the wine was superb. Highly recommended Prime Steak & Grill.

We are vegetarian so were pleasantly surprised that the veg dishes at a steak house were so good! We have had the tortellini twice this week and tried the crème brûlée & pavlova. We recommend all three. The service is excellent; friendly, professional and swift. We will be back and will bring guests! Thank you to the staff for a lovely experience.
For a start the staff were fantastic! So polite and welcoming and some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in a restaurant. The food was amazing, cooked to absolute perfection and perfect portion sizes. Cannot recommend enoug! We will return!

Nicely laid out restaurant giving diners plenty of room in pleasant surroundings. A bit pricey but the quality of our steaks was first class. Recommended.
