The Blue Bell Inn is an excellent traditional community pub. There is a good selection of beers and lagers including several cask conditioned real ales. This unspoiled pub has nice large bar, a separate small snug, a lounge and a games room. A welcoming country pub with friendly staff and plenty going on. There is Bingo on a Wednesday afternoon, free pool table Monday to Thursday. Happy hour is five pm till six Friday and Saturday. There are two outside seating areas one in a courtyard and the other next to the car park. A great pub highly recommended.
Tonight I spent a few hours at the Blue Bell Inn Bike night. You park up in the spacious car park and walk straight in to a friendly village pub welcome. Directed to one of the bars where tea, coffee, hot water urn etc were all set up ready for the bikers. Donation box left on the top for us and we could just help ourselves to drinks . Every bar was spotless and every staff member or local had a smile and a bit if banter with you. I judge a lot of places on the loos and there's are immaculate.. even flowers round the windows..loads of loo roll and by far the best loos when you see a collection of toiletries, body sprays etc for you to use. Couple if hours in and an air raiid siren went off to let you know food was ready. Again just put a donation in. Sausage and chips went down a treat . X can't wait till next Monday for another friendly bike night . X
Really good selection of craft and German beers with a great offering of food to boot
Lovely place lovely staff and lovely food 😋
Beautiful little local village pub.
Friendly staff, good beer, food when wanted - loved it
Nice quiet little pub with lovely staff. Would return another time
Just what we needed the other night. A pint to rid the evening.
Great local pub to have a pint and play bingo, you'll feel like family when you're there!
Fabulous country village local pub with great staff, very friendly locals, good beer and warm atmosphere. VERY DOG FRIENDLY!!
Not a foodie pub, though they have some bar snacks, toasties etc. on offer. More of a traditional village local pub.
Pool room, sometimes live entertainment, but very much involving the regulars who welcome visitors with open arms.
Visited the Blue Bell in Sproatley today and can say that it was a fantastic pub. The new landlord/lady were very welcoming and saw to my every need. The beer seems of high quality and can tell they look after and clean there lines properly. They don't serve food at the moment but they had put a big bowl of pasta bolognese out for a group of regulars and after sampling that I will definitely head there in the future when they do start serving food. This is a great pub with a decent car park and will be visiting again and again. Top marks. Well done. A+++++++++++
