Chicken Tikka Masala, mushroom rice and Cheese n garlic nan bread. We had 2 meals for £21. (Partner had korma and I don't believe that's a curry lol)
Spot on meal, we've never had problems and will continue to go again
Great food eating here with my Great Aunt & Girlfriend. Second time I've visited, definitely be a third time. Heads up though you will need to bring your own alcohol as they don't serve it.
More than happy with drinking Lemonade however.
Not sure if this was down to religious beliefs or not having a drinks licence for alcohol. Never spoilt it for none of us.
We ordered food from here last week & when we collected it the restaurant was packed & there was a slight delay in receiving our order, which was unacceptable as they were so busy.
Well worth the wait!
This is one of the best Indian meals we have ever had. We had 3 different dishes between 4 of us & there was still food leftover. Each dish was filled with meat & the flavours were fantastic. The Naan was cooked to perfection and the rice, 3 different types, was perfect.
We will definitely be returning & trying the restaurant out.
Really delicious food at reasonable prices. We regularly get takeaway from the Balti House and we've never been disappointed.
It's always fresh and absolutely perfect. We're really lucky to have such a great takeaway right on our doorstep.
We were in need for real food and not knowing the area i looked on Google Maps and found this placed tucked away up an alley. Glad we ventured into this restaurant the food was beautiful and the bill very fair. We found lots of things on the menu that we hadn't tried before and we were not disappointed with our choice. Because the food is freshly made to order there was a 30min or so wait so complimentary poppadoms were served, which was a nice touch. We noticed they are a busy take away too. Highly recommend.
My cousin & I called in to this restaurant on the spur of the moment yesterday evening.
Only being an occasional visitor to the town, I didn't realise this place actually existed.
But I am so very pleased we found it.
The food was delicious, fresh & very reasonably priced. The decor was beautifully done & nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant manager.
I would definitely consider travelling with a group of friends from Skegness to Spilsby to eat here again. A+
Absolutely fantastic! Whole herbs and spices used to make the curries, friendly staff and quick service, even on a busy night. Their Lamb Achari is highly recommended.
Had a lovely meal there. Food was great and the staff were so friendly. They only serve non alcoholic drinks but you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks if you want to so a win win either way
Perfect in every way. A little hidden gem in Spilsby. Lovely food, clean and welcoming dining room. Courteous staff. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended 5*
On a weekend away. I read the reviews on balti house and decided to give it a go. Was not disappointed. Very impressed on the favour and the quality of the ingredients. Its got to be one of the best curry houses i have been too. Just a bit far to keep driving up from Manchester 🤔 but the experience wont be forgotten. Ps don’t forget to book. Enjoy

The food was real lovely so really deserve a full house. There are many things on the menu i have not heard of but it was a lovely change from same old, same old. The downside is the furnishings, including tables which are old. Ours was propt up with folded cardboard. They dont have an alcohol license so be sure to take your own. Works out cheaper for the customer that way too.
My partner and I visited this restaurant last night for the first time. The food was amazing and is very good priced. The only thing that let it down 1 star is we felt rushed, as soon as we finished the starter the main was out, and when my partner had put her cutlery down the waiter was straight over asking if we'd finished. Apart from that it was great and will defo be visiting again
We ate there tonight 9 of us. The place was not packed, there were 3 other tables.
3 of our group ate English 2 being young kids. The rest of us had the banquet meal.
Service was not good, we got drinks straight away but to take the order took 40 minuets, the meal seemed to take ages, we were there 2 hours before the now starving children and the rest of us recieved the main course. Out of the 6 of us who had the main Indian 4 were very happy 2 were not happy, and everyone who tried these dishes said they were bland, even though one was a Madras, ( very hot but no flavour. )
I would go again to see if this was a one off occurance.
whenever I visit Family in Skegness we always make a point of dining here.
the food is amazing and the staff friendly.
Remember to take your own Alcohol.
We will be visiting again in the next few weeks and I will remember to bring the Cobras this time.
My my goodness. Do you ever visit a place and before you've even finished your meal your already planning dates in your head about when you can come back. This is one of them places it's a bit odd to find at first you squeeze your car into any space you can find in Spilsby market place and you walk down an alley away from the main high street and you come across this quaint little building that looked tiny nestled between its surroundings. Before you walk in all you can smell is spices and onions. Then you walk in and this tiny building seems to open up into a bigger restaurant than what you'd think it would have inside. The restaurant is decorated In a authentic Indian restaurant decor which takes your mind away on a Indian adventure. The food and alcohol are just sublime there's really no better word, the staff are very Friendly and they look after you through out your visit, tell you happily about each dish and how it's prepared if you're ever curious. They do takeaways as well so if you want to take a little bit of Indian home with you then that's fine to. I enjoyed my visit and food so much that I look forward to returning soon
5 stars!
(Theyre Naan breads and samosas are incredible - just saying 😂)
We dined there in September, 2016. The quality of the food was excellent. portions were large and contained large amounts of the meat. Service was very friendly and all in all it was brilliant value for money and a super night out.
Really lovely food. Not had a sit in meal yet but my takeaway meals have always been spot on. Keep up the good work 👍
When ever I come up to see Mum and Dad, we visit The Nasim. It's just around the corner and serves a superb curry.
Often in restaurants the staff have been told to ask customers if everything is alright. Usually they're already walking away before they've finished the question. At the Nasim, the staff are all very friendly and like to get to know you socially, and when they ask if everything is alright, you know the genuinely want to know.
The Nasim is a superb curry house, good value, I can't reccomend it highly enough!
