Absolutely brilliant. You can not go wrong. Reasonable prices, lots of choice on the menu. Huge food portions. Really good with children. Good quality food to. Fantastic.
Great staff, very friendly and polite. The food was really top class. Good beers to choose from and even got a sample of a new one on tap. A varied menu with lots to choose from. I had fish chips and mushy peas, and it was so large it hardly fitted on the plate. The desserts were equally lovely.
Lovely food at a reasonable price. Huge menu, large portions. Never had a bad meal and we've been there a lot. Free parking and outdoor seating. Dogs welcome.
We went again Saturday lunchtime and again had an excellent meal at a very fair price.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Could not fault at all. Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options if required
A warm and welcoming traditional pub with proper pub grub of good quality and generous portions. Good range of drinks including 3 cask ales. Our dog was made very welcome and took full advantage of the treat jar on the bar. The only negative thing from our visit was the quality of the landlords joke
Arrived on the off chance feeling hungry and left very well fed and watered.
We were squeezed into an otherwise full dining area, served with well kept pints of Hogs Head and Victoria bitter and tucked into vast plates of steak cooked rare to perfection and an amazing falafel burger.

Had a lovely evening meal here. The steak was one of the best I've ever had. And they have nice puddings too. The pub is dog friendly. The staff were friendly polite and helpful. All clean and tidy. Would definitely go back.
Been past many times but never stopped. Character Suffolk pub. Very welcoming. We had the Special lunch. Omlette and fish and chips. Both were excellent. The fish I'm sure was too big for the lunchtime special. Beer was very good too. Covid rules strictly enforced and hygiene was very good. Will

Stayed nearby & stumbled on this gem of a pub. I have a lot of foods I cannot eat, the lady serving us was polite, friendly & knew everything about the ingredients of all items I asked advise on even had gluten free bread. Fabulous food, well presented & fantastic value. Dog friendly as well. Would
