Great Starbucks, drinks were quick and the food was delicious. It's a shame that the place was a bit dirty though.
Stopped for a coffee and a cake. Both were lovely, nice seats and plenty of space to sit and relax. 2 terrific young members of staff serving, well done, great service and very helpful, polite and friendly. Thanks.
Large coffee shop with lots of indoor seating to escape the rain or the heat. Friendly and welcoming staff serving a wide selection of drinks, some slightly overpriced but comparative with other big chain coffee shops. A charming outdoor section to enjoy sunny days with a refreshing drink.
Good service, nice outdoor eating area, definitely wouldn't recommend the tuna melt ciabatta/ panini, catfood with the texture of Shiphams sanwich paste circa 1970s vintage

Had lunch there yesterday and one of the staff really stood out. George, he was very helpful, cheerful and more than happy to assist people with obvious problems. It makes all the difference to have such good staff
Usual coffee shop only issue was the toastie it was a bread roll ! Who makes a cheese toastie out of a bread roll?
Other than that clean with friendly we'll mannered staff. I also wasn't asked for my card when paying hence 4 not 5 stars. Worth a visit if you like paying too much for your hot water 😉
Coffee very very nice, but the shop was very messy, had crumbs all over the seats, the tables could have done with a clean, but the assistants were helpful, have decided in future buy the coffee in takeaway cups and drink outside
Just amazing drinks and food. Their frappuccino was amazing . Try the strawberry doughnut one.
Usual Starbucks fare in quite a large shop with a pretty outdoor seating area outside. Terrific service & chat from a young lady called Jess who made my favourite tipple..
Coffee was good but the service was lousy. All the staff disappeared into a back room and left the counter unattended and it took nearly 5 minutes for them to return and start serving. Not the best for such a large high street chain.
Very friendly and attentive staff, knowledgeable about there products also. We enjoyed the autumn range of frappes.
A bit hit and miss to be honest. I've had good coffees but the last drink I had, which was a caramel frapachino, was not good. It was really sweet, not the usual taste.
