Food is very good, nice family atmosphere, very good service, waiter was very friendly and always available but bit more on the expensive side, I have attached some pictures of their menu with prices, two reasons why I am giving 4 stars is that underneath the table we sat at was very dirty with food
Very tasty, large portions, prices as in a good restaurant.My favorite restaurant at the moment:)
The food was as usual very good.
The staff were attentive and there were no long waits.
However there was a lot of waste around and under neighbouring tables which no one made any attempt to clear up during out visit and it was not busy barely a quarter of the tables were occupied.

Service was great, good portion of food was cooked well, and price was reasonable. Restaurant got busy quickly after we arrived but everyone was looked after in a timely manner from what we saw. Recommended
Went today and everything was just perfect. The waiter was a young lad and he was brilliant. The food was lovely and came very quick and was hot. I would definitely come here again. X
Very polite staff, food was piping hot and freshly made. I'm not normally a fan of this chain but this particular restaurant has made me change my mind.

Food was good, very empty but it wasn't peak time anyway. Main course arrived within 5 minutes but main course then was delayed by 45 minutes after starter for two really bog standard meals.
Great gluten free menu!! Was so pleased to have an entire menu to look at and not just two options! Friendly, attentive waitress. Will definitely be back.

Great food and service, shame the order and pay by app wasn't working but only a minor issue.
First time in this Frankie & Benny's for my wife and I, and it was okay. The food we had on this day was a wee bit bland. We have eaten in other F&B's,and the food was fantastic. We will not give up on this one and will be back again. The staff were friendly and welcoming top marks to them.
Love coming for lunch, so relaxed. Friendly and helpful staff and clean. Food choice is great and price for lunch is very good @ just £6.95, also add a pudding for just £2.50. Yummmmmmmy. Xx
