Food, staff and restaurant absolutely superb. Went not knowing what to expect and unbelievably surprised. The best I've had for many years. Will be making sure it becomes my second home.
Wednesday curry night, 12 quid for mixed starter , poppadoms pickles, main course, side, rice and naan. We are picky gluten free types and were readily catered for. Best Indian food since visiting India, maybe better. Coffee creamers are a bit retro :) One of the best meals I've had in a while.

All Indian restaurants are not the same, this one is extra special in offering fantastic authentic Goan cuisine, choose from the chefs signature dishes, or the special Goan curry menu, or as an introduction try the "made in England" part of the menu, for me the pork vindaloo ticks all the right boxe

Small restaurant at the back of a classic English pub/hotel (The Red Lion). Really good Goan cuisine, not your normal Indian food but available if you want it. In fact your typical Indian dishes are on the menu under "Made in England". Try the lababdaar prawns or the Espetada de leitao.
