Probably the best home prepared & cooked scones in Suffolk. Lia, Lisa & Carla work hard to provide a host of home cooked grub & soup. I've been coming for years and have never been disappointed. A stunning location in the Old Harbour with views that have changed very little over decades. A gem of a find. Well worth seeking out.

My partner and myself and not forgetting our dog spot love this place. Great food, good price. Spot loves the sausages. My partner loves the fish and she just cant wait till we get up there on holiday to go there. The staff are great and so helpful. So if you are down by the harbour, why not give them a try.

The cafe welcomes dogs which is very important because they are always with us. The food is good, the service is a bit slow but can’t expect anything else during half term holiday.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was a bit surprised with the french influence, could have done without the accordian music! Limited menu plus cakes and scones, coffee and wine. Had the pea and prawn risotto which was very good. Coffee also very good. Will happily visit again. Would recommend booking a table if you want to take in the views from the window. Very reasonable price and service was very good. Parking along the quay. Not really suitable for those with mobility issues.

Nice fry up for brek' with a 'working harbour view. Lovely coffee. I find it refreshing that Dogs are welcome here. Takes me back to a restaurant in Ardales in Andalusia, where we sat with two dogs under our table, someone elses. I don't understand why the English are so backward and perhaps a little parochial over so many things compared with our European and indeed American cousins. What a miserable little country this is. Dogs are cleaner and better behaved than some people. Especially in the small Market Town where 'I was born. Dogs are fine, it's 'people I find annoying. I shall return here. Good food, good value, good company and fine views. Reccomended. 🍽 🍵 ⛵

Great place, lovely friendly staff, excellent food and coffee. My only small reservation is there is not much choice of cakes, however what they do have are excellent.

Cosy, not pretentious, great breakfast (with tasty vegetarian option) You can either sit inside and watch the harbour's busy day, or outside on the picnic benches. Nice to be able to include our dog too. This cafe is part of our camping holiday. We love it, thank you.

Excellent coffee shop on the riverbank. As this is a busy working harbour, there is always something to see. Coffee is great, scones are gorgeous (and huge!), staff are lovely and friendly. Plus it's dog friendly, so so highly recommended!

Nice hot drinks and prompt service. Most lunch tables were fully reserved when we arrived, but we only wanted a hot drink, so sat outside.

Was very friendly but I was looking forward to a nice bacon sandwich and they don't do anything like that breakfast wise. We just had a pot of tea for two.

Le Roc @ the harbour cafe - absolutely divine food - great value for quality, great service, lovely music and a really pleasant space to be. Knocks every other Southwold offering straight into the sea. My new favourite place ❤️❤️❤️

If you happen to pass this tiny but perfectly formed cafe (sign says Harbour Kiosk) in Southwold then you HAVE to stop & enjoy what they have to offer. Hard to know where to start ... The bacon roll was one of the most delicious I've ever tried (slightly toasted fresh baps, bacon somewhere between just cooked & crispy), served with tea or coffee for meal deal. Homemade sausage rolls tasty with crispy pastry. Mango sorbet was lip tingling & just right. Granny Annie's fruit cake took 5 seconds to devour. Homemade scones were perfect. The service was friendly & warm from this family run kiosk/cafe, which I believe has been there for many many years. Benches outside to sit & enjoy the sun or enjoy a snack/ice cream on your way to/from the ferry to Warbleswick. Support this local treasure or regret it!! Thanks guys x
