This place is a little Gem, I live not to far away & have only found it this year, it's now become a regular, all homemade & great portions, lovely size pot of tea 😍 I can't recommend this place enough...

Lovely tea room, lots to choose from and very good price. Service excellent it's nice just to sit and watch the world go by.
Great cream tea, best scones ever
A massive thank you to Penny, David and Nicky for making my wedding day absolutely amazing. The cream teas were delicious and the whole place looked beautiful. Nicky, the flower arrangements look incredible! All my guests had a wonderful afternoon as did my husband and I. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I've been every day for the last 4 days. Strawberry and fresh cream sponge ...delicious. Great hot chocolate too. Staff so friendly. Lovely atmosphere and sheltered places to sit outside. I love it.
Nice place away from the hustle and bustle of the beach opposite the pier. Only stopped for a tea and cake but was very nice. A welcome break and enjoyed watching the ducks!

Great tea room with lovely view over the boating pool, no boats but enjoyed sitting in the sun watching the ducks and 3 swans. We visited twice in one day, lunchtime we had a Latte with a Brie and Cranberry Toasted Sandwich & in the afternoon we returned to have a cream tea. The following day we returned to do it all again, this time my husband had the baked potato with tuna mayo but I couldn't resist the toasted sandwich again... I think it says it all to how much we enjoyed the cafe, food and friendly staff. If we are ever in the area again we will return!
Yesterday 6/9/23. Lovely place lovely and clean well worth a visit! Forget the fish and chips on the pier absolutely awful, just go here and you’ll be happy, well fed and they don’t rip you off like the pier fish and chips either!
