Two Magpies Bakery looks very stylish from the outside and the selection of baked goodies in the window is intoxicating! Service was fast and friendly. Prices are not cheap but represent good value. They serve coffee and hot drinks and sell tins of pop too. There weren’t pizzas being sold at the time I was visiting but the flavours sounded good. Huge array of pastries and cakes to choose from. I had a very nice hummus and roasted pepper sandwich and a fine cinnamon roll. Would come back for sure.

Purveyors of the finest baked goods in all of Suffolk, always a queue out of the door and always worth the wait. Coffee also excellent and they'll squeeze fresh orange juice for you. A must visit whenever we're in Southwold.

Very nice bakery! There was a small queue outside and I had to wait a couple of minutes when I got there at 10am, so consider going earlier if you want a bit more peace & quiet. Food: The pecan tart was wonderful as an accompaniment to coffee (5/5 stars), and the carrot & pecan cake made a great dessert (also 5/5, very heavily iced, don't underestimate it!). The croissant I had was impressively sized and nicely buttery, but by the time I got to eating it (half 10) it wasn't quite as fresh and crisp as I would like - go early for the best pastries! (in this case 4/5, but had I gone earlier I'm confident it would be a 5) Price: For a croissant, mini pecan tart and slice of cake I paid just over £11, which I would happily pay again for a treat when I'm next on holiday in Southwold, but it's a bit much if you want bread or pastries for breakfast every day! All that said, the overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend treating yourself to some of their cakes!

Two Magpies provide great coffee and pastries. Staff friendly and chatty. I wish we had one of these in Surrey !!

Not a good as it used to be! The Two Magpies used to have a real owner manager heart and soul feel, but now with 6 or so outlets across East Anglia it feels just like chain outlet like Costa. Ok, but nothing special.

Some of the best pastries I have tasted outside of France! We came at the end of the day so we were given a few extra that they had left over which was a lovely treat. The sausage roll and the Moroccan vegetarian one were absolutely delicious. Cannot recommend this place more!

Coffees and pastries in the morning and delicious pizza in the evening. A must stop for us when we visit Southwold. Always impresses.. Even bought the cookbook. Great pizza and bread (have to get in early with an email to get the pizzas). Awesome as ever

Amazing service. Coffee was delicious and served just how I like it with options for extra shots and oat milk. Staff had been given the day off so the management were (just about) ‘running’ the place but they were doing well and the service was definitely with a smile! 😂 Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious, everything was served in a reasonable time and prices were ok. Only a handful of seats inside, so choose your visit wisely. Thanks for everything folks

Friendly staff, clean tables, great range items. Get here early to get what you want highly recommend millionaire shortbread and Portuguese custard tart. Croissants were disappointing one over cooked one still doughy inside. Lovely coffee. Cinnamon swirl was more like a churro and too dry for my taste, but perhaps meant to be like that. Will definitely visit again, and will try the rhubarb cheesecake.

Fabulous choc-orange cake, fantastic hot Choc and amazing sourdough bread. Service is quick and efficient. The only problem in all facilities is not enough tables;).

Super cute cafe/bakery! We came across this bakery as we were walking along the street, and the pastry displayed at the front definitely caught our attention. We got a sausage roll, croissant and a Portuguese custard tart (sadly we didn’t take any pictures as we were busy devouring) and it was so fresh and well-made. You can definitely tell it’s homemade.

I ordered the Diablo and it was honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had! We also get our daily morning coffees there which are delicious. Great little bakery in southwold for locals and visitors alike.

Read about this place so stopped in and enjoyed iced coffees and caramel cookies on our first visit to the area. Shame there wasn't more seating out front. However we settled for a table at the back of the bakery. This area lacked the atmosphere of the front of the shop. Maybe the introduction of smaller tables like the screenshot attached would make the area feel warmer.
