Booked a hut, I really recommend pre booking as this place can get very busy. It was a lovely, private experience being in the hut, there is even a radio! The food is really nice, I recommend the lamb roast and the tomato soup, and the staff are super friendly. I recommend this restaurant to most, apart from if you are vegetarian, as there is a lack of options for vegetarians, however I will definitely be back.

Lovely place to stop for breakfast before our daily walk. Dog friendly out back. Blanket provided is for human use only, so bring your own if needed!

A wonderful dining experience, delicious food and lovely service by staff. Dessert was the best cheesecake ever! Our visit was for family birthday celebrations and the Coasters Team made it very special. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend a visit!

Pre booked our lunch here as we were staying in the area! Great choice of eateries, absolutely faultless in our honest opinion! Starters. Salt and pepper Squid, Whitebait Amazing! Main. Cold and hot Seafood platter. Haddock and Chips, very tasty. Desert. Sticky toffee pudding. Magic. The staff are very polite, very attentive! Service was absolutely spot on! Food delicious. When back in the area would not hesitate to return to you. Keep up the good work. Regards Clayton and Clare.

Great idea to have lovely huts in the back that had their own heater, radio and blankets. Table sat 4 comfortably and you can close the doors if you really want to keep out the cold. Food was very nice with pleasant service.

Used one of the beach huts in the rear courtyard because we had dogs with us. Great staff, good coffee, ace cheese scones

Best dining experience in Southwold to be honest. This little unobtrusive restaurant exceeded our expectations. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly. Food was superb, especially the pork belly, best we've ever had. Made our last meal of the holiday really special. We will be back.

Booking is essential in summer. Nice little restaurant, with a number of beach huts in wharf used to be a courtyard Menu is mainly seafood. Starters of pate, whitebait, and a prawn cocktail . Mains seabass fillet, fish and chips (large fish!), and salmon sandwiches ( you get two a portion - generous) The food is great, friendly staff service a little slow, but in fairness they were busy with most of the tables sitting down almost together.

What a great find! Visited on 28th March, and everything about the place was outstanding. My friend did have one minor issue- the haddock was too large to finish, although other diners did not appear to feel the same. Loved the beach huts outside for diners with dogs, such a great idea. Will definitely be back.
