Delicious food, lovely staff and a bubbly atmosphere. Lots of options - the cakes looked delicious and the food that was coming out the kitchen looked amazing. The bread was so fresh (the best quality bread I've had in a long time) and the sandwich was flavourful and good portion. Lovely seating are
Wholesome food, tasty and well presented. Clean, fresh environment (decor, tables, floor and chairs). Engaging staff and customers!
Nice staff, especially the younger members of staff, menu is good with plenty of choice - ( it's not just filled up with your usual ) it was pretty busy when we went and I think that they were just about coping. I'd eaten my food by the time my milkshake arrived and my daughter's food arrived. That
Cafe 51 has a great breakfast menu - and an apparently great daytime menu, although I didn’t try that. The breakfast however was second to none, and even better, the place was open at an early hour at the beginning of my cycling day. Tasty wholesome food, and at a reasonable price. Thoroughly recomm
The best mocha I've ever been served! Lovely bright café, highly recommend the French toast with berries and mascapone. Would've loved normal pancakes though- GF made for a difficult texture to pick up
Stumbled across this little cafe. We were a little hesitant as the menu was a little quirky for a small cafe, which is cool. I chose the Shakshouka, which I'd never heard of, or had tried before, so in for a penny, I bloody loved it! And all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended 👌
Good food; simple and fresh. It’s nothing amazing or extraordinary , just good food which is a nice change from sometimes places trying too hard. I would definitely go back again and recommend for a good lunch out in Southwold. Two of these chicken and wedges and a pot of tea for 2 works out to £25
Found this via Google maps and we weren't disappointed. Really great service good coffee and very tasty sausage rolls. The scones and cream were great too.
Room for pushchair if you sit out the back and there is baby change with an emergency nappy if you need. Really enjoyed our visit.
This is my favourite place for breakfast or lunch! The quality of food is the best in town and the girls there are the friendliest! The eggs harissa
lovely cafe, had roast turkey and cheese jacket potato. coffee was delicious too. this was December 2021.
Excellent food drinks and service, we were also managing to get a table for 6 on a Saturday morning.
A nice friendly cafe on the main road with a small courtyard should you want to eat outside.
It's not huge with probably around 50 covers so not ideal for large parties but otherwise a good size.
Lunch was mainly salads and was very tasty. Would have been nice to have a little more choice.

Have had lunch here a few times now. Lovely welcoming staff and efficient service. The dining area is fresh, clean and furnished with simple contemporary styling. We had a light lunch only. Jacket potatoes were well cooked and presented with home made slaw and generous fillings. Reasonably priced fo
Delicious Orange and Almond cake and a very fluffy Victoria sponge. We had fish stew which was very tasty and pork casserole very tasty. Just what we wanted on a blustery Friday. Staff extremely friendly and prompt.
Lovely little cafe. Food was nice and despite not trying the cakes/desserts they did look amazing.
