The Final Whistle - Southwell - Photo album

Lovely pub, serving great beer on tap. A must for any train enthusiast. Outdoor seating area has lots of features and is great to sit outside in good weather enjoying a drink. Friendly serving staff. Right next to the Southwell trail with plenty of great walking opportunities.
Impressive pub that serves a decent homage to the old railway here as well as a good pint. Impressive courtyard with section of old track. Impossibly smart and attractive staff who's well trained eye contact melted this old guys heart. But on the other hand despite the wide away of ales and crafts n
A nice pub with some really good beers and ciders. It was a very cosy pub with a warm open log fire. Friendly and helpful staff. The food that was available when we were there though was just various types of pork pie and cheese boards so not a great variety. Also dog friendly.
Superbly kept traditional pub in a former station. Great seating outside. Function room in. the rear courtyard which looks very nice. Also 2-3 benches on the other side of the building on a lawn if you want a quieter spot. A range of well kept ales, 1 or 2 craft beers on keg and some nice Ciders. So
LOVED this quirky, atmospheric and little gem of a watering hole with its many characterful spaces, FAAAAABULOUS range of draft real ales and ciders and tasty pork pies. Friendly, welcoming, unpretentious with great service from fully engaged, helpful staff. Worthy of 6 ⭐ 🥰
Excellent Cider Festival today. Plenty to choose from. Great beer options too. Good service and warm atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. Great afternoon out with friends.
I thought I was out of luck on my trip to this charming town after poking my head in several lackluster pubs in the centre. This place, however, offered warm service, an open fire, and a selection of beers worth far more than the reasonable prices they charge. Thank you Harrison and team!
I've only been once, but immediately described to others as being my local if I lived closer. Great beers, knowledgeable landlord. Plenty of room, a little quirky too... why have I never been here before!
Lovely quaint pub , lovely gardens . Shame it just serves bar snacks .
An excellent country pub which was a former railway station and still retains the theme. Drinks were superb and the staff were very friendly. We had the Ploughman's Box and it was an absolute delight! There was enough to satisfy all 3 of us.
