Visiting here again after a previous great experience. Another great experience, albeit a little wait for my order. It was understandable with the level of trade they had. Although, there was an issue with my order, the manager, Dean, sorted it right away without any grumbles. Unlike, other establishments, it did not seem a bother for him to help me. I can see why his team are as good as they are under his leadership. I’ve worked in this line of work for many years and it’s pleasing to see some people still care. Great work Dean and your team
A lovely bacon cheeseburger! Stopped here on my way back to Scotland and wasn’t disappointed. A clean restaurant and friendly staff members! Will come again if I pass by and am hungry for BK! (I will point out the burger was sloppily put together but it didn’t bother me)
The area manager should really reward the excellent service given to customers at a very busy Burger King by JAMIE. For a young lad he obviously works hard and tries his best to meet customers individual needs even during busy lunchtimes. He did my drink without ice as requested and shouted the order number loudly bringing a little order to the chaos. I wanted to tip him but he refused in line with company policy. A model employee. Well done JAMIE.
I was just in with my parents getting dinner on our way south. The two lads that served us were excellent. They'll probably remember us from our complex order of vegan whopper with regular cheese, stuff on the side and that we looked like an odd bunch. The service the gentleman gave was brilliant and I'll bear it in mind when next traveling south.
Huge fan of the brand but only try when travelling, stopped here on way home and despite it being so busy the food came prompt, young people on the team were working very hard together and my great aunt loved the fries, said they must be using a special potatoe from Cumbria.
