If you want a Fawlty Towers experience (staff were lovely) and want to visit a bar that seems to have never ever changed, that serves quality ales.... Give it a go.... But don't expect bling neon... I love it 🍻👍
Brilliant bar area. For an afternoon out in the town. Not crowded and great selection of beers. Just off main thoroughfare. Only went in bar....
Loved the feel of this oldie worldie pub, the lady behind the bar was lovely and very helpful, we will definitely visit again, may even stay over in the hotel above.
Great bar but think it needs a bit of upgrading, not changed in over 20 years x
Always in barons bar when in southport they do a very good variety of real ales that are priced very cheap would recommend

Great real ale bar in the Scarisbrick Hotel plenty of guest ales and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
If you don't go , you will never know
