My friends and I discovered this hidden gem whilst on a day trip to southport. We were looking for somewhere to have lunch and happened upon SKIES The food was AMAZING and beautifully presented also the tea and coffee was excellent. The chef (Jason) came out to ask if everything was OK as did the restaurant owner. The waiting staff were polite and friendly. A very pleasant atmosphere and definitely worth a visit if you are in southport
What a fantastic place. I was only expecting this to be basic pub food but it was really good quality stuff, big portions too. Don't walk past its unassuming little entrance, go in and try it, you won't be disappointed
Curry and pint night. It was a lovely meal and nicely presented. Great place and atmosphere. We will definitely go back again next time we're in Southport.

Immensely welcoming staff, who were very receptive to our accompanying children. Very dog friendly to boot. Good prices and a find for us. To improve: you need to sell a few IPA’s, even if they’re in bottles. We’ll pop back whilst in town!
We stopped by for a coffee and cake the coffee was really good and came in a cup with saucer with an extra bit on making it harder to spill. Staff were lovely and friendly unfortunately I thought husband had paid he thought I did and we walked away. Mortified we phoned as soon as we realised and headed back. We paid and they we so nice about it and grateful we had returned. We stayed and had the Cajon chicken which was excellent, well presented and tasty and we paid before leaving. I would recommend this lounge you get great service, nice food great company.
This was the first time in any of the bars in Southport, and being a disabled person, I didn't think The Skies lounge would be able to welcome disabled guests, but I was soon proved wrong, as they had a ramp for me to get up the stairs to where the bar is. The staff are really welcoming and friendly.
Absolutely love this place, such a great addition to Southport! Great coffee and lunch selection of paninis, sandwiches and cakes. The current meal deal is great value for money and beats any chain offering! To top it all off, great service by a team who know their stuff about coffee! Will definitely be back!

We had Cajun chicken burger with spiced fries and a Chicken Caesar Salad. Both were lovely and all served in pleasant rear beer garden area.
Popped in by chance looking for a Sunday dinner. Had a turkey roast and every bit was fresh and tasty.
Live singers on in the afternoon was a welcome addition.
Recommend to anyone and will call again next time we are in the area.
This must be the best restraunt in southport. Went here yesterday, had the dog with us(dog friendly) sat outside in a lovely garden at the back where there were big garden chairs with big cushions on them. We ordered our meal and when it came we were suprised. There were loads of it and it was absolutely beautiful. All cooked fresh. The staff were lovely too, very heplfull. Prices are great . So this will be our food stop now when we visit southport. I highly recomend this place, you wont be dissapointed.
This is such a lovely place. We have been loads for coffee and cake during the day but we decided to come on a Saturday night and try it out, it's so nice in the back garden. Staff are awesome and so is the lemon drizzle/coffee/Pina colada
Lovely little place, with a cosy well kept beer garden at the back(very sheltered when blowing a Gale outside), the staff are lovely and the lady Chef was lovely by going the extra mile providing tasters and being very friendly. Our new go to place when we visit Southport.
Love this place! Been a few times now for cake and coffee, everytime it's spot on. Staff are really attentive and give fantastic service. Our new go to place from now on!
I love the music, the staff and vibes. Karaoke is mint. Highly Recommended. Best Place to Hangout with Friends and Dance.
