Just had lovely flat white and toasted seeded brown bread. Staff were very polite and quick service. Also well done for providing us with calorie content of products as this really helps us make informed decisions as what to choose. I get what you mean about Manager but shes very efficient and also foreign so has a different approach to customer service. Doesnt bother me in the slightest as long as coffee is good. Which it always is here.

I'm a big fan of Costas and once again you're Costas coffee shop has done again and the staff were amazing it was really warm and cosy as always thank you for making amazing coffee

called in with my daughter after a horrid appt & met my mum. staff were all so lovely and friendly as usual. they fussed my daughter (even though they knew nothing of her appt!). ive always found them so helpful and friendly there. unfortunately prices are over the top so its only as a treat we call in xx

Bang on Costa we asked for drinks extra hot and that's exactly what we got as most Costa's make their drinks to cool for me we had toast which nice and brown both sides as most Costa's usually can only do this on one side and we had a bacon bap which was cook lovely and crispy I'd have to say best Costa I personally have been to thanks guys keep up the good work it's appreciated 👍
Although I don't live in Southport anymore, I still look forward to going to this Costa because the staff are so friendly and it's always kept clean and tidy. I look forward to my next visit.
Great staff
Great service and great food and drink there was constantly a large line of people waiting to be served but this did keep going down rather quickly. This branch has a very large selection of sandwiches, toasties etc. They didn't have all the cakes advertised on the app but still there was a large selection.
The only let down were the toilets
They are quite dirty and strong smelling I can only imagine it's due to the large amount of people in the store at all times. I think they needs to be checked/ cleaned more regularly.
Toilets cannot be accessed unless you make a purchase as there is a code which is on the receipt.

Pigs in blanket panini and the turkey toastie are both delicious.
Tried the terrys orange and the after eight muffin both okay but nothing special. The chocolate cake was very nice, would get it again!!
The purple on latte is very nice could taste the syrup. The Terrys Orange Hot chocolate and The After Eight are just standard hot chocolates with a chocolate on the side couldnt really taste the syrup.
Overall venue very clean and staff are friendly!!

Fairly new and clean branch, although one would expect better system and shorter waiting time from such a big chain, looks and feels disorganised when waiting in the queue, otherwise pleasant place to enjoy coffee :)

Just called in for a coffee while waiting for the bus back to ormskirk. Quick service, nice friendly staff, clean restaurant. Plenty of seats to sit in comfort. Will definitely call in again next time I'm in Southport.

Great customer service. The lady was working on her own and it was quite busy but she was very quick with everyone's order and was very friendly.
I love Costa! Not the cleanest Costa that I have seen! Quite often I have to clean and clear my own table. Staff not on the ball! Disabled ♿ assist door broken for months before it was repaired. On a positive note Costa make the best Iced coffee ☕ ever. Room for improvement but still a nice shop

A previous review stated 'no customer toilets' this is untrue, there are toilets in the back right hand side as you go in through the entrance.
