Excellent and love that this place stays open later than most cafes. Most cafes close around 2pm which I can never understand. Fish and chip restaurants etc open until 6pm at least. Pinders open until 4pm but feel it could get more business from tea time especially with parents taking kids after school. Would like to find a cafe that does the quick easy meals like you would have at home like sausage hone made chips ( peeled potato cut into chips) and baked beans. Sausage egg chips and beans. Heinz tomato/chicken soup etcs heinz spaghetti on toast, sausage mash and gravy, pie mash and gravy chilli con carne home made lasagne etc Would be in here a lot if they did meals like you might make for yourself at home

A cafe to die for. Come one you Betty Boop fans you'll not only enjoy the decor but the menu is just what your looking for at prices you can afford. How about cream of vegetable soup with doorstop cheese toastie and tea or a cream tea . The clotted cream is divine I am told
