Such a lovely cafe. We went on a Monday lunch time and it was so peaceful and quiet. We got the tea for two for £18 and it was totally worth it. Absolutely delicious. Sandwiches were perfect. The scones were still warm and crumbly. Big mug of latte and a pot of tea and a cake each too. We were really impressed. Staff were lovely, very friendly and asked many times was everything ok. Highly recommended little cafe. Few stairs to walk up to get to but so worth it :)

Definitely worth a visit , it might look a little old fashioned to some, but it is a very friendly store and helpful . Years ago it was the norm i wish all stores put the customer first Southport store definitely does. I went in when they were very busy with a delivery of stock but the ladies that were working were all smiles .

went to the shop today for their fashion show in the cafe. We spent a lovely morning, the staff very friendly, and very helpful. a very enjoyable three hours. we ended up having our lunch there. One of my friends has to have gluten free food, brilliant service, well done. Also the manager Gen obtained a large number of silver pens for our Townswomen special 60th birthday in June. Excellent service, many many thanks to all the staff.

Excellent and caring service in shop and cafe. There was a mix up concerning which Southport shop I had contacted when ordering a jumper., and instead of it being at the Lord St shop in the town centre it was at Dobbies garden centre a few miles away. ! However Mandy whom I spoke to arranged for it to be collected and brought to the correct one. This involved phone calls and time and thought.. I went to the cafe afterwards and the staff there could mot have been more helpful and pleasant and happy in their work. Sadly the website where I could have given feedback was utterly useless. I visited on the day which my PC recorded as 19/11/2019. i was asked to enter the date of my visit but each time I got message saying that it was not a "valid answer" please try again! It refused 19/11/19// 19/11/ 2019/ Today / today plus 19/11/19 . So - 150% to staff in all areas Zero to whoever wrote the website.

Nice shop, helpful friendly staff, lovely café upstairs. Only bad point is that there is no lift to the upper floor for those who cannot climb stairs
