As always food is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is excellent. A fabulous evening again and the shrimp starter was divine but the lobster π¦ was just yummy. Until next time π
Had a triple birthday celebration here with a friend , a lovely cosy restaurant, food was wonderful beautifully presented a lovely family run restaurant great service . Will definitely be going here again .

First time here, and somewhere we've been meaning to visit for a while.
Absolutely perfect food, and the overall service, and atmosphere was spot on.
Primarily a fish special orientated restaurant, we came tonight when the steak specials were on offer, so I opted for the crab bisque with the anchovies brought out at the same time so I could at least have a flavour of the seafood on offer.
It was perfect, and I opted for the T Bone steak as my main which was cooked and rested perfectly.
I'd normally opt for a pepper sauce but went for the mushroom sauce here, just to be different and I'm glad I made that choice. It was magnificent.
Nothing was too much trouble, the guys at ease in talking through any menu choices and the fact that should you have a particular menu favourite then speaking at booking time provided there's a days notice they're happy to accommodate your tastes when you visit means we will definitely be back more than once here.
A credit to the restaurant trade in southport.
I had eaten at this restaurant before with some golfers. The steaks were excellent with a good choice of reasonably priced wine. On Saturday we had a special lunch party for 15. The food was superb. A special mention is deserved for the seafood sharing platter. It was excellent. Really good quality and great value. We will be coming back soon.
First time but won't be the last. Great food accompanied by great service in a relaxed atmosphere.
