"I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the food was quite enjoyable and beautifully presented, the same can't be said for the service. It's unfortunate to note that the service staff, predominantly composed of young and seemingly inexperienced individuals, left much to be desired.

Tucked away on one of the backstreets of Southport is this absolutely amazing place.
The decor is beautiful, well planned and layed out.
The staff were fantastic, lovely warm greeting, hugely professional and had good knowledge of the food they were serving.

My favourite restaurant in Southport. Dinning at its finest. If you like steak you won't find a better restaurant. One that's not to be missed. Also fantastic cocktails 🍸. Watch out for the zombie 🧟♂️ it will get you were you wanna go exta fast.
Amazing place! Great service, really fresh cocktails and the food was quality.
Atmosphere was great, place was filled with people but enough space between other tables to not feel cramped.

Had a reservation for 06:00PM, we showed up ten minutes early and they immediately showed us tp our table. All staff were very nice and attentive, didn't need to wait long for the food either. The atmosphere was also great, though some people might not like the 80s music playing in
We ate at Firepit yesterday evening and wanted to leave a review as the service was absolutely outstanding. Our waitress Nicole went above and beyond when one of our party lost her ring and it ended up in a discharged napkin- Nicole went into the back and searched the bin and came back with the ring
Service was a bit slow as was the mains but the startes were quite quick. The wings were to die for but I had the hanging steak which wasn't best and not very well cooked as for the onions. Staff seemed very young and just wanted to hang arnd the food area rather than attending to guests. There was

We really enjoyed our visit here and the food was delicious. Little bit on the pricey side, but would be happy to go back again.

Great place to eat, although a bit expensive. The food was spot on and the service was great. Just to make you aware, a gratuity is automatically added to your bill, so you need to check that before you leave a tip! There is a pay and display car park opposite so easy to park.
Fantastic, couldn't rate high enough. Food was Amazing, cocktails even better, staff were exceptional James an Steve were brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Only issue is drinks menu far too big. Highly recommend.
