Really good atmosphere.
Food and drink super delicious. We went there to try seafood but this is just available Fri-Sun. But we will try on the weekend.

Nice quiet pub by the water, plenty of seafood on offer
Although we were complete strangers at this pub, and we pulled up on a fairly tatty 30 year old camper, we got a lovely, warm welcome. A bloke asked if we wanted water for the dogs, and we were generally made to feel welcome, my wife and I even commented on what a nice place it was, on the way back to the campsite! A wander back to the past, in the best sense of the words!
Brilliant location, beautiful views over estuary- very much a locals pub- no parking close by. Opening hours - should check before visiting - staff/publican very friendly , helpful and apologetic about limited choice of drinks available. Would visit again on a balmy summers day to enjoy the view and breeze.

We loved the feel of this pub. It has such a great feel. We went at lunchtime on a Sunday a fantastic atmosphere. A proper pub. Friendly welcoming and well-kept beer. We had a lovely Roast dinner with all of the trimmings Vegetables cooked to perfection as was the tender meat that was served, followed by warm rich chocolate fudge cake with ice cream, very nicely presented, the staff were kept very busy but still very attentive, Highly recommended
pub with the best views ever
Visited on a wet summer Saturday lunchtime. Wasn't massively busy but the bar staff and landlady were very friendly. Made us and dog very welcome. Thank you.
Excellent pub. Cannot tell you wheat was like as kitchen being renovated. The inside of the pub very nice. When we were there we sat outside looking out onto the river

Brilliant atmosphere, staff and customers. Food was delicious from the restaurant next door, we went on a Friday and they had a fantastic dj too
Very friendly, lovely setting. Food was very tasty, good comfort food for a rainy day. Has a pool table and darts board.
