have eaten in here a few times on my way home from Southend-on-Sea. never had any problems foods always hot and fresh. it's the only chicken shop I ever eat from. I don't eat it really, but this place is on my way home and decent.

Was here for a night out and went here as my local favorites in Dunstable is so nice and it didn’t disappoint tasty fresh and boss man looked after us recommend
Food is always delicious, most consistent chicken shop. Puts KFC to shame, staff here are absolutely lovely and polite. I can't explain how pleasant the manager is, happy to talk and be friendly. Food and restaurant is always clean when I do go (always collect). Chips are nice and crispy and they always give me the pieces of chicken I ask for.
Best fried chicken ever, well it's amongst the best. Generous portions, no gristle on the chicken. Lots of seating, I'll be back
My kids love this place. After a long and busy day at Adventure Land in Southend-on-Sea, this is where they like to go en route home.. It never disappoints...

Live near by the best chicken in southend better than kfc. Worked at kfc before compared to there hear they care about hygiene and nice food.
The food here is always spot on! Chicken is hot, juicy and delicious every time and the pieces are huge! The service is top notch too, the guys are so friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad meal here and it absolutely stomps all over the other famous fried chicken shop.

Had my food delivered very quickly only had to wait 30 minutes. The team at favorite Chicken Southend are always so welcoming and over the year have always worked hard. The food is always delicious and hot whenever I order, especially my favourite the Double Ringer Fillet of Fire. Don’t be put of by some of the reviews as it has always been above and beyond.
