First visit here, we popped in on our way to watch the football. The shop is bright and traditional, Pies are nicely made, full of meat and the pastry was just as it should be. We will be coming back. Thanks 👍
Brilliant shop, pie, mash was lovely like being back in East London. I've been here in Essex for 12 years, and it's the best pie, mash I have had here. I would recommend the place and will continue to have my lunch there 😋 😊 ☺️

Friendly staff, big portions! Very reasonably priced and love the decor inside. Lovely to see a good pie and mash shop for something a bit different round here. They do breakfast now too. Support your local cafes!

What is it about pie and mash? My whole family love it and Brickie’s is a good place to eat.Very friendly and hospitable with plenty of parking along the nearby streets. Nice, clean and hygienic. I love this pie and mash. Creamy mash and the pies are filled well and very tasty. And yes I'm the woman who asks for the burnt ones as they still taste gorgeous. Highly recommend this place.

Went in today for a lunch takeaway- always friendly, chatty and cares about his little business and customers. Fantastic to see OAPs have a place they can go and chat with him and anyone that comes in. A little slice of community I haven't seen in years.

Mash was creamy and smooth, pastry for the pie top tier and the filling lovely and rich.
Liquor herby and inoffensive too.
