We made an order through the KFC app with Deliveroo, when it was delivered it was the wrong order!!! We had to go into the store and pay again to get our food. We messaged Deliveroo many times to try and obtain a refund but to no avail. We messaged KFC and after a few email exchanges outlining our problems, Waqar arranged for us to have a whole new order for free. All the staff in the shop were very helpful, it is just a shame that Deliveroo weren't as obliging!
Food came out quickly and the staff were very friendly. Good service ☺️

This KFC has many sits. helpful staff. I can't receive receipt because of machine's issue. so I reduce 1 star.
Very good food for a great price. I really like the consistency of quality in KFC. Doesn't matter where or at what time, you will get your food quickly and always have a good meal.
Hygiene needs looking at after customers leaving the tables. Floors should be swept, too. Far too many staff are laughing and joking behind tills instead of front of house cleaning and customer relations.
Staff did, however, bring piping hot food as I'm a disabled customer. The manager was behind the front tills and was very approachable and understanding.
I did, however, enjoy my meal. I still prefer the Greyhound site as it's closer to home.

The chicken was super delicious. My mum and her partner were full of praises for the succulent taste of the chicken. We had a meal for three for a very decent price thanks to KFC big bucket offer. The staff was friendly they provided the consumables that we asked for. The service was speedy. The staff did try to do some cleaning in their spare time.
Was pretty dead when we went in shame all the tables downstairs hadnt been cleaned before we got our food. I managed to find the cleanest table for us to use. Do not understand why customers cannot bin their rubbish instead of leaving it on the tables and floors!! Used to be a cleaner and worked in restaurants i almost did the cleaning myself but id done my xmas shopping and wasnt prepared to loose our spot
