Dined in at Southend Burger King today (31/10/2023) and was pleasantly surprised as to how clean the restaurant was. All the tables were clean, the floor was clean and outside the shop was clean. Another surprise was the clean toilets that actually had hot water, soap and a working hand dryer ! Staff were pleasant and the food arrived promptly. I had a Whopper meal that was delicious ! Great hot tasty burger and the chips were hot as well with the right amount of salt on for me. All in all it was a really tasty meal that hit the spot and I will return again for sure ! I have read bad reviews but that definitely was not my experience and I would recommend this Burgers King no worries --- I hade it my way !
I never understood why BK was less popular than McChav π€·π»ββοΈ. In my opinion, burgers and chips are far superior in taste and quality. Sadly there's only BK in the high street. Generally the place is clean and fast to order (although the self service often bugs). Food doesn't disappoint although it never looks as good as their ads! π
Like Mac D's hit or miss basically.. I just had a takeaway Burger π king π€΄ it was a massive hit (NOOCIE SON!)
Single mention is needed for Joanne. She is hands down the single reason this burger king is still going.
She goes above and beyond customer service and always serves with a smile.
She should be managing the place, in my opinion.
I do not know her personally nor am I being paid in any way to say this. I've put this off for too long and was just reminded by Google lol.
Haven't been here in years but our food was cooked to order. The burgers, loaded fries and onion rings were superb unlike the spicy chicken strips that were disgusting and went straight in the bin.
That said we enjoyed what we did eat.
