Dined in at Southend Burger King today (31/10/2023) and was pleasantly surprised as to how clean the restaurant was. All the tables were clean, the floor was clean and outside the shop was clean. Another surprise was the clean toilets that actually had hot water, soap and a working hand dryer ! S

Single mention is needed for Joanne. She is hands down the single reason this burger king is still going.
She goes above and beyond customer service and always serves with a smile.
She should be managing the place, in my opinion.

Haven't been here in years but our food was cooked to order. The burgers, loaded fries and onion rings were superb unlike the spicy chicken strips that were disgusting and went straight in the bin.
That said we enjoyed what we did eat.
