The best cafe I have been to, very friendly environment.
Visited this Cafe early this week.
A warm Essex welcome awaits you. Breakfast here was nice. I had the Shelby breakfast. Did not need anything till tea time.
Yum.
Fabulous little cafe, " Madagans" great food the seafront cannot compete with their prices! Very friendly Katie is head cook cosy warm with a warm welcome cheers see you again soon hun Angela & Katie xxx
Madigans. .. Now the Boat House is a lovely little cafe. The food is excellent! My one problem is that they do not have a toilet for customers

I went for breakfast with my family and will certainly go again.
