My first actual casino visit by myself, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I was initially worried that I hadn't brought enough into the casino, but I was easily able to pass the time.

Friendly helpful staff, Fish & Chips in the restaurant was super nice, good selection of spirits/soft drinks, food menu.. Smoking terrace has lovely view of pier & beyond

Lots of game slots, there’s a live Roulette and Blackjack tables. Its a great casino in all.
Just came back from having Christmas dinner here - staff were so accommodating to being gluten free and they had great options. Food was honestly delicious and well priced and beef cooked perfectly. Very friendly people waiting on the tables 10/10 recommended
Better than Genting, food for me was brilliant, but my wife couldn't eat hers as chicken undercooked. Staff were friendly, and they have done away with the 50p tables it seems. Went before 9pm and was quite empty. Recently revisited, again had the order mixed up, but it was very nice food.

Came here for the 1st time and it's a nice quiet little casino, not many tables open but it wasn't very busy so totally understand that and the staff are friendly and I won over £200 so cane out very happy, it does need some atmosphere in there though as it's very quiet.

A nice and pleasant place to be. The staff are professional and courteous. The place is well secured with professional security men who maintain not just the environment but also ensures that the house rules are respected and observed. It is a place to be!
The Grosvenor always has a relaxed, comfortable atmostphere, and they provide good food and drinks. It's not usually busy so it's a good place to gamble, with a decent variety of gaming tables and machines
Super helpful staff, allow you in without photo Id for the first time as long as you bring it the next time. Highly recommended
Had a very nice time at this Casino, the security and door staff were really welcoming and all of the staff were friendly and approachable. Croupiers were great with explaining table rules and the general atmosphere inside was warm and welcoming. Venue was clean/Well staffed and reasonably priced. W

Big tvs perfect for big sporting events like boxing, croupiers have a bit of banter and personality which is nice. Went on a Friday and was not busy at all. Now need to be a member which
