I ordered the Lamb Guvec because it sounded tasty not really knowing what to expect, when it arrived I had my doubts as it looked just like a piece of flat bread, I needn’t of worried under the bread was a tasty meal and, presumably this is the traditional Turkish way of serving it. I would recommend this dish & also the whitebait which I had as a starter as this was also very tasty.
